It's very uncomfortable with a room that isn't soundproof, I can't sleep until 3am because the noise from the next room is very loud and can be heard very clearly, it really disturbs my sleep comfort 😭

booked a deluxe premiere room, the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and when I took a shower the water flooded up to the door, because the bathroom door was right next to the bed and in the corner/edge of the wall/edge of the table it was dusty and not cleaned, the room smelled a bit stuffy and lacked lighting, the cleanliness and facilities in the room should be improved more because when I entered the room there were no towels, no footcloths when I came out of the bathroom.

The location is quite strategic. As soon as I entered the room, I checked the sheets, there were lots of hair and stains, and I immediately called the staff to ask for a change. The curtains were dirty and shabby. I repeatedly asked for annoyance and said the laundry hadn't been delivered. I couldn't rest at night, it was noisy. Not suitable for resting. I had a headache because I couldn't rest.

The receptionist chose a smoking room, even though when asked I said non-smoking. The receptionist said it could not be changed, automatically the room smelled of cigarette smoke, the AC was not cold and it was not soundproof (someone was fighting in the next room). Please improve it in the future🙏

Everything is very good, especially the security, they are very caring, it just seems like the room attendants are still lacking personnel because when you want to check out you have to queue and wait until the room is finished being checked, also the car parking is very lacking... that's all.
