Very effective, kid-friendly

Location, room clean, breakfast is great

First time staying here because my husband has work and there are also many good reviews about this hotel, it's quite good to cure my longing for Padma Hotel Bandung because it's still under renovation, the facilities in this hotel are quite complete, there is a waterpark for children, onsen/jacuzzi, gym, only lacking a mini zoo, the hotel price is also affordable, the staff is also friendly and the housekeeping is helpful and can request an iron, and what's more fun is that I was given early check-in, coincidentally I brought two children and it's also close to the mall so I can just walk from the M floor of the hotel

It's cool for being kids friendly, even though you have to go back and forth to the oasis, the food just needs to be varied, breakfast for young children should be free along with afternoon tea for high class rooms.

All the staff were very friendly, there were lots of activities for the kids, the food was delicious and varied, the rooms were clean, perfect, and there were no negatives at all. I want to come back here again.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the service is friendly, it's clean, the food is delicious, and most importantly, it's kid-friendly, making the kids want to stay there again. I'll be going there again if I have the chance. Amen.

A child- and family-friendly hotel. One of the best hotels with a mini water park for kids. The facilities are well-maintained and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean. Furthermore, the hotel is connected to a fairly large mall.

Nice experience, many activities for kids

It was really fun staying here, besides the hotel room being clean, spacious, and nice... the hotel facilities are really good, and there are lots of fun activities for kids too... the hotel is next to a mall, there is walking access to the mall too. So it's really suitable if you want to staycation here.

The hotel staff here are very friendly and helpful, ice cream is provided for guests who are checking in. This is a child-friendly hotel with lots of games and playgrounds here.

The super friendly service is why I'll be back again. This is my second time. Anything you ask for is quick. Plenty of weekend activities for the kids. This will be my favorite staycation spot.
