Great airport hotel, friendly staff, good location at the airport building.

The sheets were a little stained. The toilet bidet was too high, which was a bit uncomfortable. The location is perfect in Terminal 2E, so from the outside, it's super convenient. There's an iron, but no hair dryer.

Check in on August 18, 2025 at 19.30 WIB, the counter was only served by 1 person so there was a queue.

All good and it's always been great to stay here in this hotel for flight transit. Keep it up.

The hotel is good for transit...

The place is nice and still near the airport, so it's really good for transit and resting... the staff are also friendly and helped me with the CO process and helped deliver my things to the airport.

Always stay here before every flight, so you're not in a rush or feeling refreshed from rest. It's absolutely fantastic.

The service is really good, starting from being able to leave your cardboard box in the locker so you don't have to bother bringing it to the room, and the room is also clean and comfortable to sleep in. Yesterday I was confused about how to get to Terminal 3 at 6 because the karalayang only started operating at 6, but it turns out they provided a car to drop you off at Terminal 3. And breakfast is available from 3 am! 💖 At first I thought it would be just a bland food, but surprisingly it was delicious!! There was spaghetti bolognese, fruit, etc. 🥹 good experience

I've stayed here many times and really satisfied with the service. The staff was very friendly and they provide free shuttle for terminal transfer.

The hotel's strategic location makes it a convenient stopover or transit point for domestic and international flights.

Always a great place to stay when in transit for a flight instead of waiting in the airport with uncomfortable seats.

Location is very supportive for transit

The location is in terminal 2F so I don't have to rush to check in, because it is very close to the domestic and international entrances.

Great place for a lay over! The rooms are clean and spacious. Love the food options as they have a very delicious breakfast buffet. The rooms are very comfortable and soft but if there are people walking past your room it can be very loud and disturbing (but also depends on how the people behave). But overall very good and easily accessible to the terminals.

Strategic, very suitable for taking a break from the previous flight or wanting to continue the next flight especially if the flight is in the morning, it is located at the departure terminal 2E, when you arrive in front of the hotel there are hotel staff who are ready to help carry your suitcase, check in is also easy and smooth, the hotel is classic but well-maintained, the room is clean, the bathroom is quite clean, the hot water works well, the AC is cold without any obstacles, you can see the planes coming and going from inside the room, breakfast has been open since 03.00 in the morning, check out is also easy
