The location is in terminal 2F so I don't have to rush to check in, because it is very close to the domestic and international entrances.

Strategic, very suitable for taking a break from the previous flight or wanting to continue the next flight especially if the flight is in the morning, it is located at the departure terminal 2E, when you arrive in front of the hotel there are hotel staff who are ready to help carry your suitcase, check in is also easy and smooth, the hotel is classic but well-maintained, the room is clean, the bathroom is quite clean, the hot water works well, the AC is cold without any obstacles, you can see the planes coming and going from inside the room, breakfast has been open since 03.00 in the morning, check out is also easy

Incidentally, my room was room 82, the wifi signal was weak and often disconnected

Everything is very convenient… I don't have to rush to my terminal in early morning flight. The hotel serves breakfast very early, making sure you are not going empty stomach before your flight.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Luggage is delivered to the room. Old building, but very clean. Many restaurant options around. Shuttle bus is provided to pick up and drop off to the departure terminal, there is every hour, just need to make a reservation first.

strategic for terminal 2 flights, there are skytrain facilities to terminal 1 or 3. room size and length of the hallway according to airport terminal conditions, minimalist.

Restaurant staff and food is excellent. The hotel has a big smoking room near the reception, but it's not working well because all the hotel common area has a strong disgusting smoke stench. The room is comfortable but the safety box is really small and my laptop didn't fit, and the door didn't look sturdy, so I had to bring my laptop everywhere. Position is excellent but there is a huge staircase, no lift, not accessible. Some hotel staff is lazy, nobody came to my room for one hour to help me with the luggages, even after calling multiple times.
