This hotel seems to be a bit half-hearted. The rooms are okay, the cleanliness is okay, but the hallways, lobby displays, corners of the building, and elevators are dirty. The children's pool is okay, the kids' corner is okay, but the pool is small, and the kids' corner has broken toys that haven't been repaired and are limited. The room facilities are also okay, the mattress is comfortable to sleep on, but the pillows are already flat. The staff from the reception, security, and everyone else are friendly. But the location is far from snack and food places. Let's improve it, come on!

Sorry, I'm from out of town, so it's my first time here. I thought the pool was big, but it turned out to be very small. For Rp. 800,000, it's too expensive for a small room with only two beds. There's no family gathering place, garden, or surrounding area, just a building. There's only a children's play area. I wanted to go for a walk around the hotel area, but it was dark, even though it was still 7 p.m. I hope the hotel will be updated or offer a more affordable price. Thank you.

I stayed over the weekend and had a pleasant overall experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a smart TV that supports various streaming apps. The hotel gym was also quite spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast had a good variety and standard taste. Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The location is also quite strategic, not too far from the Cibinong/Pakansari culinary area. Some things that could be improved are the room's sound insulation, as noise from neighboring rooms was quite audible. Furthermore, the hotel doesn't offer iron rentals, only a paid ironing service. The in-room hairdryer also felt underpowered, taking a long time to dry long hair. Overall, my stay was quite good.

Changed to an executive room, it was nice because it had a balcony, but the hotel Wi-Fi didn't work, the data package was slow, and if you change rooms to an 800 number, I don't recommend it. The plus side is the fast bed, and it's close to the gym and swimming pool.

This is my first time staying at Bigland and the service is really good, the staff are friendly, the breakfast food is all delicious, the room is fragrant and clean, thank you Bigland, I will come back here again with my family.
