The staff is incredibly friendly. My experience staying at Big Land Sentul was that I arrived at 12 noon, checked in at 2 pm, and by 1 pm I was allowed to enter my room and rest.

Overall good for the price, the food is okay, just needs to be cleaner in the buffet area.

It was a pleasure staying at Bigland, with its excellent service and facilities. You could relax, work, soak in the hot tub, and even work out at the gym.

The place is super comfortable, especially for those who want to honeymoon, it is highly recommended to make yourself at home in the room, take a relaxing bath in the bathtub while watching a movie, it is very suitable for those who need me time with their partner.

One of the hotel destinations when going to Bogor

The hotel is really cool. Yesterday I stayed in a Grand Deluxe room. It's said to be a new building and the hotel's atmosphere is quiet, making it comfortable. I don't know if I was the only one on that floor or if there were others. But it wasn't scary at all, and the hotel smells really nice. The service is also great. Initially, I asked for a complimentary glass painting and a paid cake. But after entering the room, it turned out there was already a glass painting and a birthday cake. The facilities are really good, but the view from my room was lacking. I would stay here again if I ever go to the Sentul area.

Not recommended for a hotel in its class. Arosa is an example. The service is poorly organized. I had two bad experiences: 1. When the room wasn't cold, it took more than an hour to fix it. The question is, why wasn't it cold??! The maintenance wasn't working?? 2. When I left my stuff behind, and when I returned to the hotel, it was gone. They said it wasn't there, but in fact, the person who cleaned it had already gone home. They said they would inform me via WhatsApp. The fact is bullshit (I'm sure they didn't inform me either). Another experience was there were spiders in the room & towels that were already worn and rough and still being used... Sorry to say, first impressions are the last impression. For that price, there are many better hotels.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Moreover, we were given a free upgrade yesterday because the Grand Deluxe room we booked was fully booked. The hotel area was also clean and smelled good. The entire hotel staff was friendly. The hotel facilities were complete, including a pool, fitness center, kids' corner, and more. Breakfast was also very comprehensive and delicious. The room service was equally delicious and well worth the price.

When checking into the hotel, I had to pay an additional 200,000 Rupiah for a non-smoking room. I ended up in a room that smelled of cigarettes and woke up with a sore neck. I ordered Australian sirloin steak well done, and they gave me local and medium rare. The result was diarrhea due to food poisoning. Many people hadn't eaten breakfast, but they didn't refill it. It was all gravy. A bad experience at what should be the best hotel in Sentul, but the price wasn't cheap.

Close access to the toll gate, close to Bogor souvenirs, (-) the reception staff is not friendly, check in took a while, we checked in late at night, after checking in we immediately had dinner at the restaurant, the restaurant staff was not polite because they took the menu book that was in front of the customer without permission and without talking to me even though I was ordering with another restaurant staff, very very rude. When we arrived and wanted to park in front of the empty hotel lobby, the security guard was very unfriendly and wanted to chase us away, we were not allowed to park until we checked in, breakfast was just ordinary
