Stayed for 1 night with 1 year old baby after our trip from Taman Safari. It's really worth the price, food was great. They also have mini playground, and the pool size is OK. One they could improve is the time needed to deliver in room food order. But anything else is great!

Mostly happy. Easy to locate, accurately shown on maps. Limited vehicle parking space especially if any events held. Spacious room, great room, various foods during breakfast. They serve european food, american breakfast and local food for breakfast, even Indomie (one of the famous in Indonesia). View from 8th floor was just magnificient, staffs hospitality also 4 thumbs up. The only minor thing for me is just the amenities. Consider the others services, the amenities provided looks poor. But still OK, we still can buy our own for this.

Thank God, I enjoyed staying at Bigland Sentul. The hotel and rooms are fragrant, clean, the food is all delicious. ❤️. Thank you for serving well, the waiters are all friendly. My mistake asking for a reschedule was very served and on the acc too. Thank you Bigland Sentul. Great anyway. ❤️.

Choose a family room, get a free upgrade to a suite. The rooms are spacious and still new and equipped with a bathtub. Incredibly comfortable with a family with 2 children.

Nice experience, all staff are friendly. Minus I can't get a view, the view is the wall of the next building . But it paid off with room facilities and other public facilities. Insyaallah will come back again.

Friendly service, fast check-in, but have to wait 2 hours to get the key. There was a problem in the room, and the staff got a free upgrade to deluxe. Thank God, the rooms are nice, hot water is ok. The pool view is good. The food is delicious, the location is near the toll road. minus: the towels are not suitable for a hotel as good as this, hopefully it can be a consideration for revitalizing the towels

Second time staying here, free parking without a stamp :) clean rooms, cold air conditioning & refrigerator, bouncer heater, fast check-in & check-out process, satisfied and fun.

Quite a pleasant staycation here. Friendly staff, quite fast response. The swimming pool is on the 8th floor, but you have to be careful because a lot of the ceramics are peeling off so you have to repair it again because it's dangerous if the tiles hit your feet you can get injured. For a room that is not too big, I happen to be in the superior type, with complete amenities. There is a hair dryer too, but unfortunately next door there is repair. So it was quite noisy until 12 at night, still knocking on the wall. Fortunately, my husband and children have both recovered so they can sleep comfortably even though they are noisy. For breakfast the menu is not complete, the stand also only has porridge. The menu is fried rice, orek vegetables, fish and chicken opor. There are omelette, sausage, pom2 potato and cereal. Rerotian and cakes are quite varied. But it's more complete in other Bigland, the menu has beef and chicken too. The booths have many menus. There is ice cream and the machines even in another bigland. Yes, I'm quite satisfied for the epic price. Thank you Traveloka for holding epic sales often. Haha.
