The room was clean, but the bathroom floor was a bit slippery, and the toilet smelled a bit off. The sliding bathroom door was hard to open and close. The outdoor facilities were very basic, with the mini zoo seemingly neglected, so kids weren't interested. And just a suggestion: please make the jeep music show a children's theme, as it's mostly kids who watch it on weekends. The food was delicious, although a bit sweet, and there was a wide variety. Hopefully, this can be improved. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Overall, it's okay. However, cooking utensils weren't available at the villa, but they were provided after a phone call. Hopefully, they'll be available in the future, whether you use them or not.

I'll stay here again sometime. The hotel is comfortable, especially for children. It's child-friendly, has lots of facilities. You can have a staycation while on a mini vacation and see the animals at the mini zoo.

My kids were very happy. The resort was so big. But unfortunately, when we went there, the playground was being renovated.

My first stay here was very memorable. I stayed in a Cherokee room with a tent atmosphere and a modern room design. Friendly staff at check-in and check-out, a wide variety of breakfast options, and a shuttle service that was always ready to pick me up and drop me off. Four thumbs up for the service.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly welcome from both security and other staff. Requests for room decoration were also free even though I just wrote it in a note❤️ The breakfast was delicious, I swear I was really satisfied staying here. Just add a little fragrance to the hotel room/toilet so it doesn't smell bad.

The glamping is luxurious, and the breakfast is comprehensive. The staff is all quick and friendly.

The best hotel, even though the rooms are far from the pool, but there's a shuttle bus ready to pick you up and drop you off, and the staff is friendly. It's simply the best. I'll definitely be back again.

The hotel staff was friendly, and I was surprisingly upgraded from the Sahara to the Gladiator Room. The breakfast was varied and quite tasty. There's also a free shuttle from your room to the lobby. The downside is that dinner outside the hotel requires a partner. Overall, it's recommended.

Easy access and no traffic jams at Puncak. The hotel is nice, with a shuttle service. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, with everything from Western to local. Awesome.
