The AC is not cold, the room is clean and nice.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is convenient and suitable for business trips as it is close to key areas and facilities. The staff provided great hospitality and were very responsive to guests’ needs. Highly recommended.

The AC isn't cooling even though I've asked for help turning it on beforehand. I've asked the front desk staff to contact sales if I want a longer stay, but so far there's been no information. But oh well.

The clock is broken, the soap and shampoo are out of stock, there are no doormats, the staff who handles the call reception takes a long time, the shower is outdated.

I'm a regular here, it's comfortable for introverts to hang out, meet up with coworkers, and it's easy to get around with friends. The service is friendly and full of smiles... But it's a shame there's no access, it would be more private, especially since I'm always incognito 🙏. Overall, it's AMAZING!

As Ramadan approached, my family and I stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott Surabaya, our go-to hotel whenever we visit Surabaya. The atmosphere was very comfortable, with a top-floor room offering stunning views. The pool felt private, and the kids were delighted. Thank you.

for me, the staff are friendly and helpfull. but for the clean, they must have a deep cleaning in their bathroom cause of the black mold. not every room like that but this is my third time in this hotel but i got unlucky bathroom. but overall i have a good time here
