It's worthed every penny. Not a 5 stars hotel but at least we got everything that we need. Breakfast was average. AC should be maintenanced. The staff was very polite and friendly. Front desk was amazing.

The first impression was very good. The front office was perfect. Check in was very pleasant - 9.5 points. We reserved two, connecting rooms, nonsmoking. However, both rooms smelled like smoking rooms, apparently, someone might have smoked in those rooms before us and or smoke came through the exhaust pipes in the bathrooms - 2 points. The bathroom was not maintained well. Black mold on some parts and not very pleasant smell - 4 points. The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable - 10 points. Personnel was quick, great, and friendly - 9.5 points. Breakfast was a bit above average - 7.5 points. Amenities were standard - 8 points. Every single floor could be accessed without any restriction. Security: The access card was of no use. We could access not only our room floor. One of our rooms could even be opened from outside without an access card, even though it was locked from inside - 1 point. Location: Very strategic - 9 points. All in all, our stay was so so average and was about okay for the price. Not very pleasant due to security and the smell, but we felt pretty much comforted due to nice and helpful personnel. Overall - 6.7 points.

The room is quite clean. But the sink doesn't work well and the water heater is changing all the time by itself. I set it up to warm and suddenly it changes into cool. I also had dinner in the restaurant, we paid for it. But the cashier (Miss Yulia from Kava Restaurant in this hotel) suddenly calls my room to ask for my phone number and she asks me to send the receipt transfer of payment. In the restaurant she saw that I've paid for it. I asked her if she needed to take a photo of it, she said she didn't. And she calls my room. It's kind of annoying. Sorry to say.

I booked a laundry service for my blouse (1 piece) and they returned in a package like this, I was stunned. I can't believe this is what they gave me and nobody apologizing to me, like this is normal. Absolutely will not return to that hotel. They need to do serious works to improve.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, unfortunately the cable TV channels don't have HBO and FOX.. there are old-school movie channels, so it's boring to see the TV in the room.. Then the bath towels are both unfit for use, outdated, thin and the threads are all soft... fortunately on the second day stay replaced with new and good towels.. Breakfast is delicious, lots of menu choices, interesting pool view. The waiters are nice and friendly, it's very pleasant to stay here.

I was impressed with the room interior and facilities of this hotel. The room was very spacious, the interior arrangement was good, it felt comfortable, and the price was very reasonable compared to what we got. For a 2 bedroom suite of this size, the price is relatively cheap. The breakfast is also quite complete and tastes okay, there is ice cream too. The swimming pool is quite large with a good view of the city. In essence, I am satisfied staying at this hotel. I definitely recommend it to friends and relatives when going to Surabaya.
