Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the tableware and hotel area. There are not enough trash cans, so guests litter, and there are many cigarette butts in the restaurant area. Please also mop the balcony and wipe down the chairs.

The staff is friendly, but for a hotel of this size, the staff is very understaffed, so it's poorly maintained. Please double-check the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms.

My experience was terrible. When I arrived, there was no drinking water. When I asked for it, the male staff member insisted on letting me into the room, insisting that it had been left before we checked in, even though it was already late at night and my husband was asleep. The bathroom was muddy, wet, the pipes were leaking, dirty, and yellow. The TV had no channels and couldn't be turned on. The bed sheets were yellow, and what was worse, there were mosquitoes. The lobby and upstairs rooms were dusty. The trash cans were messy, and some of the facilities were broken. Honestly, the place is nice and the building is nice, but the rooms are terrible. In my opinion, there is a lack of maintenance and management. Oh yeah, the breakfast glasses and plates were also dusty. Enough of this, I won't be coming back.

The place is very spacious and comfortable, perfect for office or family gatherings. The staff is friendly.

Second time staying here. I stayed here two years ago, and overall it was comfortable and homey. But yesterday, on August 29, 2026, the conditions were very different, very bad for a 4-star hotel. The cleanliness of the environment was dirty and not maintained, especially the toilet near the restaurant. I didn't get a toothbrush, no complimentary mineral water, coffee, tea, etc. There were no hotel slippers, the hot water was off, the TV was also off, and the wifi was slow.

Overall, it's pretty good for this price, it's cheap and worth it, plus the breakfast buffet has a lot of variations from 7-10, the taste is also really good, but the minus is the TV can't be turned on because they say it's under maintenance, there's no wifi either, which is really not nice even though the room is quite spacious, then the bathroom has a leaking sink underneath and the shower also doesn't have a water heater, tea, toothbrushes, coffee, towels are provided, but next to TV and wifi, it really should be there

Spacious rooms, but lacking in property maintenance. A luxury hotel for its time.

Grand Mulya Bogor is actually a nice hotel, but it's time for renovations, as many ceilings are leaking rainwater. If you stay during the rainy season, I predict there will be inconvenience for guests. I arrived at the hotel before 12 noon, and check-in time is 2:00 PM. When I checked in at 2:00 PM, I was given a room key and only shown the way to my room, without any hotel staff accompanying me. When I got to my room, I noticed that towels and bottled water were not available. I tried calling the WhatsApp number listed on the room key, but no one responded. In the end, I had to go back to the reception to ask about the lack of towels and bottled water. If the facilities were improved, I'm sure the Grand Mulya Hotel would be a good alternative accommodation, given its proximity to Jakarta and its spacious swimming pool. Regarding the swimming pool, the showers in the shower rooms were all broken.

The staff is friendly and prompt. I can't say much about this hotel, as it needs a lot of maintenance, and the cleanliness is far from that of a hotel. I was only interested in coming here because I saw a photo of the pool on the app, which looked nice. It really is a nice pool. But as for the room... and I didn't sleep that night.

Towels had to be requested. The sink faucet was small. There was no hot water heater. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. Overall, the room was poorly maintained. I asked for a mat and was given a worn-out one.

The room was pretty clean, but the TV was unusable and there were lots of ants. There were few amenities to enjoy.

It was a shame we had to go to the front desk three times to ask for towels, mineral water, and tissues. When we arrived, there were no towels, no mineral water, no tissues, and no water heater. There were no omelets for food, and there were plenty of flies.

The hotel was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful when we wanted to buy food outside. For breakfast, my 5-year-old child was charged an additional Rp 50,000, even though the app didn't list any additional charges. Towels weren't provided, and sandals weren't provided. When we stayed on a Saturday, the restaurant was closed, so we were a bit shocked because we had to buy food outside and order GoFood. Luckily, we were able to borrow a motorbike in the afternoon; the staff was very kind.

The staff was very helpful, but we just need to improve our communication. The room was spacious, but the tiles looked dirty, especially in the toilet. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. Thank you.
