My experience at Grand Mulya Sentul was, unfortunately, far from pleasant. The overall impression was one of neglect. The room itself was dirty, with visible signs of grime throughout. To make matters worse, there were even holes caused by termites. Basic guest amenities were lacking, with no room service available. The food quality left much to be desired, further diminishing the experience. Reaching the hotel itself proved challenging due to poor road access. The final straw was the absence of any water provided for refilling, a basic necessity often overlooked in such circumstances. Given the extensive issues encountered, I would strongly advise against staying at Grand Mulya Sentul.

No wifi in rooms. The slender female Receptionist not helpful, with 'I don't care attitude'. My booked room was not yet cleaned & shower was not working when I arrived. They had to give me another room! Shower floors not that clean (photo), generally the hotel walls need renovation. The outside scenery is fine. Worst hotel I have been to in Indonesia.

This hotel is built upon the old desa gumati hotel. Need more improvement, such as wifi connection, in room telephone, broken shower, and proper breakfast. The staff also need more proper training. Yet the surrounding is good for jogging.

Plus (+): Big pool. Minuses (-): no wifi (they say it 's down, but we had no wifi on our entire stay). Breakfast with cats under the table, some even got on the table. Top up for the breakfast buffet is very SLOW. No towels nor toiletteries when we arrive, we have to ASK to the hotel. No telephone in the room, you have to send whatsapp to the reception. Response is somewhat slow. Sorry but I will choose another hotel in the future especially when I am with my family.

Kalo mau coba2 staycay disini sekalian uji nyali, ya silakan. Aku sih ngga rekomen yaa. Utk standard hotel bintang 4, ini ga worth. Bintang 1 pun kek nya ngga yaa. Cukup for the first and last for us! Thank you:) #kapok
