Overall, not bad for a budget hotel.

The hotel is nice, comfortable for a long stay, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Some things that could be improved are related to the room. The door lock sometimes has problems (it turns green when tapped with a card, but it won't open) and several times from my room I could hear the person next door experiencing the same problem (because I could hear the sound of the card tapping, the green light, the sound of the door handle trying to open, and this repeated several times). If possible, check the seals on the windows outside, so that noise from outside cannot easily enter. Also to eliminate the whistling sound of the wind coming in through the grilles.

Our family and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Neo Pontianak. The clean and comfortable rooms, strategic location, and friendly and helpful staff made us feel at home.

When I ordered the picture, it didn't match what I saw at the hotel. When I asked why it didn't match, they gave me lots of excuses, even though I was very impressed with the photo, it didn't match my expectations.

The door was broken and it was a bit tiring going back and forth downstairs, but the engineering team tried it, but it was still okay. It just seems like the room isn't very soundproof, because you can hear the TV in the other room. But overall, I really like it, it's comfortable here, I'll be going there again at the end of the year

Strategic location close to supermarkets, coffee shops... the room is a bit small but it's not a problem, there is a refillable water dispenser in the room corridor.

Friendly hotel staff... Strategic location. The hotel is comfortable for families.

The bedroom was very small, the welcome was not very appealing, the bedroom was not clean and there were no bath mats or hand towels.

The price I got was very worth it with the facilities I got, the location is very strategic

Impressions during my stay from October 21st to 23rd, 2025 Positive aspects: 1. The staff was friendly and polite. 2. The staff asked for customer feedback during checkout, which made me feel like they wanted to learn more about how to improve shortcomings and maintain existing strengths. 3. There are plenty of culinary options around the hotel, so if you're hungry, you don't have to go far. 4. Free parking for hotel residents. Negative aspects: 1. The lighting in the room was inadequate, making it a bit dark. 2. There's still room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. For example: the corner of the table had dirt, such as dust and small pieces of trash left by previous occupants; the TV remote was a bit sticky, possibly because it hadn't been cleaned in a while; and a small cockroach in the room appeared, possibly from the toilet. 3. The towels looked old, with frayed edges; it's recommended to replace them.

My experience staying at the Neo Pontianak Hotel was very pleasant. The room was comfortable. That's why it was so comfortable.

It's fun to stay here. And I always come back here.
