Location is very good. Near to all the delicious and popular food stalls. Room is clean. Hot shower is working perfectly. Room service and reception are professional. Overall great experience and will definetely choose this hotel for the next visit. The only minus, traffic sound leaks in to the room. You can clearly hear the sound of motorbike 's custom muffler.

Centrally located in Pontianak downtown area with a lot of restaurants/coffee shops options in proximity. I booked superior room with twin beds. Clean accommodation but the room is quite compact, not ideal for families with kids.

1. We booked for a non-smoking room but the hallway smell of cigar and it gets worse at night to a point where my room smell of cigar so I actually called the receptionist whether our room is a non smoking room or a smoking room. She clearly said it is a non-smoking room but you're allowed to smoke in the bathroom. I was speechless and what a bad advice she 's giving! 2. There is no parking space so its either valet or deposit for a 100k then you can park at the building behind it yourself. But one problem if we want to valet, there 's not always anyone who stay on standby on the valet. 3. I bought a big cake and it needs to be refrigerated as soon as possible so I asked the receptionist if its possible to put it in their kitchen fridge for a few hours since my room 's fridge can't fit in and yes she allow me to. But when I came back to take my cake, I waited for half an hour for nothing and the second time I asked about the cake, she said her colleague is still taking it while not looking at me. And never tell anyone of her colleagues who 's there on the receptionist to take the cake until a few mins later, one of her colleague ask and he helped me to take it in less than 5 mins. Overall, I'm really disappointed with this hotel and never going to recommend nor stay in this hotel ever again.

First, I want to thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. It is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it’s apparent in this case, we fell short. For our nonsmoking room, we do not allow any smoking in all area since it will set off the smoke alarm in the room. We will treat the room you were staying in for the cigarette smell to avoid this happening again in the future. For the valet, at the time our valet were parking car from another guest. You can also reach out to our security for this, they will be more than happy to help you.
As for the cake issue, our receptionist had already contacted other staff do take the cake in the kitchen by using WhatsApp group which were connected to our computer. I apologize for our receptionist regarding the cake issue and the attitude. I assure you that it will not happen again, we will do a retraining in how to handle guest to avoid this mistake in the future.
I hope you will give us another chance to serve you better in the future. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

The room looks exactly like the picture, it was spacious and clean. The room service are quick. Overall it 's a nice experience stay in neo.
