Clean room and friendly staff. I stayed in room no. 10, right in front of the room there is a chair for chatting. Suggestions for the cable connection in the room I occupied, the socket is open, so it is vulnerable. Especially since I brought a small child.

The hotel staff are friendly. For hot water, confirm with the staff so it runs smoothly.

Strategic location, near Batu square and Indomaret. The rooms are clean, the water is also smooth, there is a shared kitchen. Take the package including breakfast and it turns out the food is delicious. 👍🏻👍🏻 Overall okay for a standard guest house with affordable prices. The staff are also friendly. plus : location is easy to access, there is a public kitchen, on the 3rd floor there is a cheap shop with a decent view. Provided coffee, tea, sugar, soap, small towels, and only 1 pair of sandals. minus : got room no.15 on the 2nd floor with a somewhat less clean toilet, the divan was already making noises, and NO HOT WATER as advertised.

3 nights stay here is highly recommended. Clean and close to the city center. Cooperation with cheap and fast laundry. Recommended.
