A comfortable, strategically located, and affordable hotel. I've been staying here for a while with my wife and kids.

This guesthouse made me come back for a second time. It's so cozy and homey. It's also easy to get everywhere, with Gacoan and Indomaret right next door, so awesome 💕

Strategic location, very close to Batu Square and the Grand Mosque. Friendly service. Rooms are a bit small, but clean enough. Amenities are lacking.

The best thing is the location. It's very strategic, easy to find because it's on the side of the road, close to Batu Square (5 minutes walk), across from it is Gacoan, and right next to it is Indomaret. The size of the room and bed for a family with 2 small children is quite small, but okay, comfortable for a night's stay. If there is an option of an extra bed or a room with a larger size it would be better. Standard cleanliness, there is Wi-Fi, TV, fan, mini carpet, hot water, shared kitchen, spacious parking area for motorbikes. There are many areas to sit and relax outside the room and it's very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, when complaining about hot water problems, they immediately handle it. Cons: the stairs are narrow and quite high, so toddlers need to be supervised so they don't leave the room alone, and suggestions for the bathroom should be provided with toiletries. Overall, recommended for staying while traveling to Batu 🫶🏻

The location is great, the room is clean, the hot water runs smoothly, and there are towels and slippers. The only thing missing is soap and toothbrushes, so you'll have to bring your own if you stay here.

Comfortable, even extended stay. Strategically located, close to everywhere. The kids also loved the fish pond. Relaxing, quiet, and there's even a water heater.

The staff is very friendly, the location is strategic, close to Indomaret and Batu City Square. It's also not far to buy food, there's Gacoan, etc. The room is comfortable and clean, I will come back here if I go to Batu. It's also close to tourist attractions, 2-5 km away, there are many attractions: Museum Angkut, Pasar Apung, Bukit Bintang, JTP 3, etc.

Overall, it's okay. It's close to Batu town square, so you don't have to worry about finding parking. It's also right next to Indomaret and Gacoan.

Although the room is small but clean. The bathroom is also nice. Cheap and cheerful but okay. Right next to Indomaret, good for snacks. Walk a little and you will reach Alun Alun. Cool anyway

I found something strange about this accommodation. I've never been asked how many people I've brought in other accommodations. This was my first time here. Since I was bringing a maid, meaning three adults, I was asked to add an extra bed. But I usually bring my own air mattress. Whether in hotels, villas, or apartments, it's not a problem.

This is my second time staying here, and it's always worth it. Always clean, always smells good, and is a pleasant stay. I'll always come back here if I ever want to stay in Batu! Love Omah Etan Batu!!!!! ❤️

The place is comfortable, close to Batu town square, close to Gacoan too, and if you need anything, just go to Indomaret right next door. Next time I go to Batu, I'll stay here again.

This place is really underrated, man. It's really clean. The environment is cool and very comfortable here. 😭 I want to come back again if I go to Batu.
