I booked a junior room for a night. The location of the hotel is quite strategic, close to some attractive places like Batu Night Spectacular. The room isn't that big, but it has 2 queen beds which are good for a family consists of 3-4 people. The room is comfortable, but the light is rather dark. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool for kids. It also has a restaurant with various kinds of food. The staff are also nice. I may stay here again next time when I go to Batu.

I have a wonderful experience during my 2 nights stay here. Everything just beyond perfect. Their customer complaint handling just spot on! First we planned to stay just for a night, but my daughter loved it here so we decided to spend another night here, we can do many things in this resort because they provide many activities as part of hotel facilities. They provide a tasty blackforest cake as a compliment for my birthday and they surprised me with a cute handcrafted towel as well, which a very thoughtful service they provide during my birthday staycation! the hotel right in the middle of the city, easy access to any travel destination. the hotel is quiet clean, the service is full of hospitality and the food is good.

Nice new hotel. Hotel in a very strategic location just 200m from jatim park 1 and museum angkut. Very recommended for family vacation. Room is nice and very clean too.

What I like most is the view from my bedroom balcony. Overall everything is beautiful. But I'm slightly annoyed because the pool and playground is too far away, they're located in the separated building from the hotel so you need take a long route to go there. But it was beautiful. So counted the long walk as exercise.

Unexpected TV 43"in cheapest superior room. The kitchen dishes is tasty, above average. The view is beautiful. The rest is what you expect in Aston.

This place has given the most amazing vacation for my family. I supposed to stay for more nights but I got only one night. We'll come again someday.

The hotel area is very large, but we can park the car near our room so it's easier when loading the luggage. The pool area is also quite spacious. The atmosphere in the hotel area is so cool and comfortable.

The Hotel was Nice, spacious, clean, the staff also very nice and helpful. The only one that should be add in the room is Air Conditioner because Batu-Malang is not so cold anymore. 😊.

I tried many hotels & villas in Batu. This is my 4th times in Apple Green Hotel Batu. I really like the Family Room they offer. The room is so big, the bed is also big, big enough for our family. Reasonable price too. Will be back again for sure.

Good room, nice staff and most of all, only 5 min walkin from jatim park 1. The food is delicious and with reasonable price.

I actually stay quite long here at this hotel, starting on the 29th of Dec till the 3rd of Jan, to spend my new year. The hotel truly lives up to its name "Spencer Green". I like the green and lush exteriors, with many trees, plants, and flowers. The service is also incredible. The staffs are nice and helpful. But I really must highlight the food. All of them are delicious!! Because I stay on New Year's Eve, I got breakfast + afternoon tea + New Year Dinner. All of them exceed expectation. The variety of the menu, and especially the taste. I really should applaud the Restaurant staffs and the Chef. Great job! My only concern is this hotel's location. It is quite far from the city center. But this also means it is faraway from the hustle and bustle of the traffic. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Spencer Green!
