What a delightful stay! And surely will come back again. The view is authentic yet fresh and calm. The room is huge, with a superb high-quality interior. But. I found the towel was slightly dirty, though I bring my own so it's not a problem. The food is delicious. No boring standard like everyday breakfasts. Everything is on point and tasty. I taste everything from nasi goreng, mie goreng, stir fried veggies, the hash brown is perfect (crispy outside so tender on the inside), and even the sausage is good. Coffee is not bad, but it could do better. And the hygiene could be improved better, I saw the fruit station is not covered properly. Overall. The staff is friendly enough, I like the guy from the front office who advised me to upgrade from superior to deluxe. I forget his name, but he's very friendly and helpful also. The room service is fast. Took only 3 minutes after I hang up my phone, and the mineral water I requested arrived. 👍.

This place is amazing!!!! We got a free upgrade to Deluxe room and it is beautiful. The room is very spacious, clean and comfy. We had a bathtub as well!! How great isn't it?! The service is super and the view is breathtaking. I will fully recommend this place for everyone who wants to have a holiday or just a staycation in Batu. Thumbs up!!

A great hotel with a lot of facilities to enjoy with our family. My kid love the playground and strawberry fields very much and asking to come to this hotel again

Hotelnya luas, sekalipun hotel lama tapi terawat bgt dan bagus. Viewnya keren bgt. Kamarnya luas bgt gede, ada balkon jg. Poolnya jg bagus ada perosotan utk ank2. Ada taman bermain jg, tamannya luas bgt. Kamar mandinya jg bersih ada bathup. Klo ke daerah sini rekomen sih utk nginep sini.

Located in the highland of Malang (Batu) where you can see the city view from there and the weather is cool. The area is very big and so many facilities inside: kids ' playground, pools, cafe (night), strawberry, etc. Very suitable for family gathering.
