It happened to be a family vacation, and Senyum World Hotel was perfect for families with small children. The facilities really pamper the kids. The indoor playground is spacious and open until late at night, the kids didn't want to go back because they were having so much fun playing. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was soft, although the blanket was a bit thin, but it was enough to keep the body warm at night, the bathroom was also clean. The food was also okay, there was quite a lot of choice, and the menu was also kid-friendly. The best thing was the location, close to the tourist area in Batu City. It's also in the same complex as Jatim Park 3. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

My family spent 11 days at the Aria Gajayana Hotel, a truly memorable vacation. And also, thank you to Mr. Bagas, the housekeeper who found my husband's bag when he left it in the pool. What a great experience! The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly. There was also a sandwich-making activity for the kids while we were there. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The pool was also nice, with warm water. There was a family photo session with LoftMoments for guests staying here. Free print of one photo and frame. I'll be back again sometime in the future.

Staying at Batu Wonderland was truly a pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt clean and tidy—from the front area, hallways, and even the rooms themselves, everything was immaculately maintained. I stayed in a Deluxe room, and it was quite well-equipped. There was a mini-fridge, plus complimentary drinks and snacks, which immediately made me feel at home. Another bonus was that if you stay on a Saturday night, the hotel also provides complimentary snacks from 6 PM to 8 PM. It was perfect for a relaxing snack before retiring. The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the toilet smelled good and was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making for a comfortable stay. Best for families: this hotel is kid-friendly. Children can swim for free in the waterpark, and there's also a mini playground for the little ones. So not only will the parents be happy, but the kids will be too. Overall, Batu Wonderland is highly recommended, especially for families with children. It's comfortable, clean, has complete facilities, and there's also entertainment for the kids. It's worth it!

The location is really good in the city and the surrounding area is full of delicious food and snacks, if you want to find something to eat it's really easy, just walk. Close to viral foods, just walk, I tried Bakso Cak Toha, Sate Gebug, it was really delicious and close to the hotel. Also, the meatballs on the roadside near the hotel were delicious. It's also close to a souvenir shop called Pia Cap Mangkok. The room was clean and comfortable, the wifi was good, the staff was friendly, and the car parking was easy.
