The service is quite good and close to the center of activities.

Very small room, even we can’t open our luggage. They didn’t change bed sheet even though asked. The Water pressure in bathroom very low. But this hotel very near to MRT station.

A fun place, perfect for a budget holiday in SG

I stayed for four nights. The location was excellent. The room was a bit small but adequate for two people. The bathroom was clean and had a bidet. Towels were changed daily.

Everything was great except the hotel doesn't have soundproof so I heard the voices from other rooms.

Stayed at Mi Bencoolen Hotel for two days with my sister and niece. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The room and bathroom were clean, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus. Great location, very close to the MRT, making it easy to get around Singapore. Overall, a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Luggage complimentary was very meaningful

I stayed here for a vacation with my mother. The hotel is very close to Bencoolen MRT station Exit B. The hotel room was clean, tidy, and fragrant, and there was a bidet (very necessary for Indonesians 🥰). I would like to say a big thank you to the staff who helped me during check-in (sorry I don't know her name). Thank you because we were given an early check-in at no additional cost 😌. My mother and I were very happy because we could rest a little earlier before our next trip around Singapore. Everything was good and very good. If there is another opportunity to stay, this hotel will be my choice again.

we stayed for 3nights and it was really comfortable and kids friendly. bed is comfortable enough although space for the room not much but it is alroght for a family of 3. and the great one is that there is an ice cube and water dispenser in the public area of the hotel. the location is strategic and close to everywhere. i would love to stay here again when i return to singapore

Best place to stay and gave us 1 hour for late checkout after SIN Marathon that supported us a lot.

Hotel located very near MRT station, room was clean while bathroom was very nice because it has bidet and filter for drinking water. We requested for late check out and given time until 1 PM which was convenient for us. Overall a nice experience.

Great stay and perfect location! The location is honestly unbeatable. It’s right in the central area and super close to Orchard, Chinatown, and Bugis. There are several MRT stations nearby, Bencoolen MRT is literally just a few steps away, and there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Getting around Singapore was incredibly easy. The room isn’t very big, but sufficiently spacious (around 14 sqm), it was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed. We also had a nice city view, which was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast, but there’s a Kaya Toast spot in the hotel cafeteria that’s definitely worth trying. Overall, a great stay. Super convenient, comfortable, and perfect for exploring Singapore. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to y'all too.

Check-in was easy, and check-out was just as easy. The MRT is very close, just a few steps out of the hotel.
