I've actually booked here many times, but yesterday I experienced a complete disaster. From the staff who handled me at check-in to the staff who handled me at breakfast, there was a miscommunication. Then, the food available is usually varied, but there wasn't any, and only offered American breakfast or fried rice. Then for American breakfast, the staff said there was meat, potatoes, and omelet. But potatoes were not provided. If potatoes were indeed not available, why was that mentioned? Or could you just reconfirm with the customer. Please communicate with the customer so that they can improve.

From review, good but in actual not. Room door very old type, not locking properly. Toilet accessories: only brush, towel & 2-in-1 shower & bath soap. No tissues in room. No hot kettle, no free tea/coffee in room. Lift very old, very slow. Overall experience was not good. I do not prefer to stay again. But only rooftop dinner sometimes ok.

Everything is nice and worth the price.

This hotel offers good value. The bed is comfortable, the central location makes getting around easy, the staff is friendly, and having a water refill station is a great touch. For a fair price, it delivers what I need.

Everything was great. The downside was that while our family was staying, there was an event at the restaurant adjacent to the pool, so we couldn't swim.
