Have stayed at this hotel very often for the past 5 years, always likes to be clean and the food is delicious, the breakfast is really good, the pool column is clean and comfortable to carry babies.

My experience on room 612 is very clean. The bathroom/toilet was also very clean. The sheets and mattresses are also clean with no stains at all. Clean towels. Heavy shower water. AC is very cold. The hbo tv broadcast was very pleasant and the screen was crystal clear. Available. There are dispensers and hot water for us to eat pop noodles :) the male receptionist is very friendly. Always smile. Highly appreciated. Security is very quick in managing the vehicle parking and smiling. Highly appreciated. Food and drinks on the 7th floor are great. Recommended. A little minus even though we know nothing is perfect in this world. Hehehe that is. 1. Draining water in the sink is a bit slow. 2. No tissue available.

First time staying at Liberta, and immediately liked the place, and has entered the list of hotels that must be visited again. The rooms are nice, neat, clean, very comfortable. Cold AC. Incidentally choose the smoking room, provided an ashtray. The bathroom is also comfortable, clean, warm water is smooth. The service is friendly, from check-in to check-out. Available: 2 bottles of mineral water, 1 pair of hotel slippers, tissue, 2 pcs of towels, 2 pairs of toothbrush + toothpaste, and others. Tv is smooth. For motorbike parking, it is provided in the basement (?), there is a point, and it is safe, there is a good security guard. Another reason for choosing liberta, the admin is fast response time on wa, so I want to ask for info, especially when it's impromptu, no need to wait long. It's fun for me, it's good to be liberta. The only minus is 1, the door needs more energy to open but that's okay, not a barrier to getting a comfortable stay.

Fun, access to around is very easy. Wanting online food service is also easy, clean rooms. It just happens that the air conditioner in the room is not cold enough. Seems like you need to pay attention to maintence for room air conditioners. Recommend. Will staycation back another time.

Come here on Sunday night, it is recommended to bring a motorbike because car parking is very limited. Signed in greeted by the receptionist to check in and very quickly, no deposit. The place is strategically close to everywhere, especially where to eat around the hotel, there are many choices, you can get room 123, minus the door that is jammed and very loud, if you want to open and close you have to use extra energy, especially when you want to enter, there is a problem with the key. Everything is provided almost completely, starting from toiletries, bottled mineral water and if you want a hot kettle, you have to ask for it. The air conditioner works even very cold, then the water heater also works even though it's not very hot. First confirmed by the hotel if you want to book an upstairs room there will be an event at the cafe and this can make noise all night (party events until 02:00) so, if you want an upstairs room, it's better to think about it on a Sunday night. For breakfast, the champion here, the food is varied, the main menu is also delicious. Order food via gofood is also allowed. When checking out is also fast, just give the key, overall the service is good, just improve the quality of the hotel facilities.

The pool view is good, the breakfast is pretty good, but for rooms that are not bright enough, 1 light is off, the lighting is lacking. The sheets and towels were also dull. There is no heating kettle provided, we have to inform first before being given the teapot.

The hotel is close to malls, supermarkets and fast food restaurants. The hotel is nice, comfortable, quiet on weekdays and very busy at the weekend, especially on the 7th floor, there is a bar, lounge, but it's still safe for families to bring children. The swimming pool is really cool, my child is happy to swim every day. The staff are friendly although they rarely smile. The right choice if the Kemang area is very strategic. Breakfast is good although the menu lacks many variants. Continued success for liberta so that services and others continue to be improved.

Strategic location, friendly employees, quick check-in without a deposit, narrow rooms for prayer but still according to the description, cleanliness is enough just to smell of cigarettes when entering a non-smoking room, the air conditioner is cold for a long time.
