at least 4 cockroaches inside the room, they ran away to room wall, table, and bench, as early as I open the room when I was checked in, I bet they came from traditional market located right below the hotel. This first impreesion make me lost appetite to taste any kind of food inside the hotel.

Very good, good service, strategic hotel and highly recommended.

Sorry, during my stay here there were a few cleanliness issues, especially lots of small cockroaches... but the room was spacious and the staff was friendly.

The standard room is narrow and there are some small cockroaches, but the family room is spacious and clean... the breakfast menu is very varied with delicious taste... the location is a bit crowded because it is above the market, so the surroundings are a bit dirty. the location is close to the general hospital so there are many food vendors around the hotel

When I entered there were small cockroaches, in the bathroom area and behind the entrance. Hopefully the cleanliness of the room can be improved.

the photos and reality match. the room is very comfortable, very clean, complete, the water heater works well minus the hair dryer can't be used. many TV channels, the atmosphere is calm, fragrant throughout the room hallway and lobby, there is a children's and family play area, close to the mall. the minus is the parking is a bit of an effort because the building is combined with the mall building so the parking is also one with the mall. overall very satisfied staying here, very suitable for a staycation.

The room is clean, the sheets and towels are new. The AC is cold, spacious and comfortable. Suitable for business trips. Fun.

Alhamdulillah, it's been very pleasant for two weeks on Fridays in a row that I stayed here, coincidentally I had an office assignment to accompany my husband, beyond expectations the room price is cheap and the facilities are complete, all the towels are clean, the room and bathroom are clean, there is a hairdryer, everything is complete, facilities for welcoming guests or wanting to relax outside the room, there is a billiard in the main lobby is also provided and there is also a children's play area, if you want to go to the mall, just go down from the 3rd floor, thank you Palm Park Hotel, hopefully it will maintain its comfort.

The AC is leaking. Water is dripping quite heavily from the AC. In room 229.

Strategic location. The facilities are also quite okay. It's just a shame that there are so many small cockroaches. I swear it's such a shame.

Not really recommended, just come here once, search online in a hurry & don't have time to see the review. The location is far from the city, with the hotel map I was shocked, my children & family also immediately complained, the first impression was dirty, the hotel was built into one with a dirty & smelly market. Then using a car to go to the hotel is complicated, you have to go around to the top of the old building parking lot, dirty goods with motorbikes too. Requested non-smoking, given a smoking room that smelled of cigarettes, finally asked to move. The pillowcases and sheets were also shabby, never stay here again. Really regret it
