I clearly requested a non-smoking room and mentioned it again to the receptionist when I checked-in. But they still gave me a room that really smelled like a smoking room. I called to complain, but the receptionist insisted that it was a non-smoking room when obviously the room was smoky and I found an ashtray on the desk, and then they suggested to me that I had to pay more if I wanted to move to another room. Luckily they got me a real non-smoking room with no extra charge, or else I'd be pissed off!

I had a good time staying here. It's my second time actually. But at night the hallway looks a little bit creepy though. But the room is awesome. More TV channel would be good. Definitely coming back.
