Kitchen equipment was not equipped from the beginning. Then the cleanliness of the bed & sofa made bumps found, some small insects / bedbugs.

This is an old hotel and the access is flooded.

The staff is friendly, the place is comfortable. Yesterday there was a problem with the sink tap, it was handled quickly. It would be better if before the guest arrives, the readiness of the equipment in the room is checked first so that it doesn't happen again that the tap doesn't produce water. Thank you, otherwise the best

Staff don't know where the switch is to turn on the lights. Asked for a pan to cook, no response. Road access is badly potholed, flooded.

Very comfortable and satisfying, especially the staff who are very friendly.

We stay 4night. 3days this month. When we check in at around 11evening cause our flight is late. We come but room are not ready. No electricity yet. Staff need to go down to turn it on. Almost everyday electricity will stop for period of time. At least 3x a day. And we need to chat the staff to turn it on. The kitchen is useless, its not functioning. No one come to clean the room. No one replacing towel. No refill water. The lighting is so bad in the bathroom. And the floor also the bath tub is moldy. Ac in bedroom not cold. No hairdryer. If we need some dining equipment we need to pay extra.

The “hotel” was really hard to find for any gojek service. Room was dirty, fungus all over AC and dirty bathroom. Bedcover and pillows were smelly and old. Breakfast was late and it was ordered from outside warung place delivered in plastic bag.

The atmosphere is nice, comfortable, the rooms are spacious, but unfortunately what is missing is: 1. Water heater. Not provided, and you have to rent 25k per day. What a shame. 2. The cooking menu is very minimal, what is concerning is the coffee, served in plastic for ice cubes. It is very dangerous if consumed. 3. There is no room tissue. Have to ask. That's what toilet tissue is available. Need to improve performance at facilities. Unfortunately the room is already good.

Strategic, comfortable and memorable.

Access to the location is through a road that can be reached by car and there is a car park. There is no telephone in the room and communication with the receptionist is via WhatsApp. The room is spacious and clean, there is a sofa, mini kitchen and refrigerator but we happened to get a mattress that was uncomfortable in our opinion. Before checking in, we did not know if pets were allowed and it was only informed at check in, coincidentally while swimming there was animal feces near the pool and accidentally stepped on: (it had been informed to the officer but only cleaned some of the feces (the ones that were stepped on were not cleaned) so it still smelled. For breakfast, we were asked to choose 2 portions of food and 2 portions of drinks that would be delivered to the room at 09.00. The taste was quite good. Suggestions for serving drinks, before being given to us, it is better to pour the drinks into glasses first.

Everything is good. It's just that, for more electricity usage, I like to snap the PCB, for room comfort, and privacy it's best, all employees are friendly 👍🏻

Leaking AC, smelly and damp room. Bathroom has lots of mold spots. Bath tub cracked very different from the photo offered. Staff do not understand what to do check in process up to 25 minutes. Poor hospitality management.

Tempat nyaman sekali, staff ramah, cuma kebersihan kamarnya kurang sekali, bulu Anabul di sofa banyak, lantai selalu kotor walau baru di bersihkan HKnya, harus pakai sandal di dalam kamar, kalau tidak telapak kaki fix kotor sekali, area belakang kamar, rumput sudah terlalu tinggi, takut ular/nyamuk masuk.

Awal masuk kamarnya super amazed karena nyaman dan luas banget. Tapi pas udah mau mandi, ternyata air panas ga nyala. Tanya ke front office katanya memang ga ada air panas, tapi kalo baca ke detailnya udah include air panas. Kemudian dia baru bilang kalau memang ada air panas tapi water heaternya rusak. Nah lanjut mandi ternyata kepala showernya bocor juga. Setelah dikomplain 2x baru itu dibetulin kepala dan dudukan showernya. Cuma untuk shower aneh aja mesti inden komponen padahal mah yaudah ganti aja ga sih water heaternya kayanya udah rusak juga? Daya flush di toiletnya sangat lemah sampai ga bisa siram pipis 100 %. AC coba lebih sering service rutin karena airnya bocor. Kamar juga lumayan lembab terlihat dari plafonnya yang ada noda air dan ada bau yang kurang mengenakan (tapi masih bisa ditoleransi) di sprei kasur. Semua handuk yang disediakan warnanya udah tidak putih, ga ngerti karena ga pake pemutih atau bagaimana tapi intinya terlihat dicuci-cuci aja ga ada QCnya. Jumlah handuk yang disediakan juga kurang melihat titik titik keluar masuk yang ada di setiap unit lumayan banyak. Jemuran handuk yang menghadap backyard juga karatan. Jadi ga bisa menjemur pakaian basah apalagi setelah nyemplung di pool. Lagi pula ngapain bikin backyard kalo ga ada hal yang bisa dilihat, pakai rumput sintesis, dan kalo hujan malah menggenang air hujannya. Frontyardnya juga ga kebagian sunlight jadinya tetep ga bisa jemur pakaian basah setelah nyemplung di pool. Kamar-kamar lain banyak complaints dari tamu lain dan diconfirm sama FOnya kalau engineeringnya lagi occupied untuk betulin sana sini. Tapi masih bisa ya ada tamu lain yang masih boleh check in? Harusnya ada tanggal tutup untuk beresin semua hal daripada tetep dibuka untuk disewakan ke orang lain dan makin banyak komplain yang masuk. Apresiasi kepada stafnya yang sangat jujur dan punya ownership tinggi ke setiap komplainan. Sayang mereka harus bekerja di sini bukannya belajar banyak untuk hal lain malah dibanjiri komplain.

Tempatnya nyaman ful, berasa banget ambiance balinya.

Saya dapat kamar deluxe no 226 kamar itu gak ada Kunci serep nya. Jadi setiap kali saya pergi saya titipkan kunci di resepsionis. Suatu malam saya pulang kunci kamar saya gak ada. Usut punya usut ternyata dibawa sama cleaning service nya dan itu sudah pukul 11malam waktu setempat. Butuh waktu 30 menit untuk mencari tahu siapa yang bawa kunci nya dan 15 menit untuk kunci nya diantar. Kebayang gak kalau misal nya itu kunci diantarin besok pagi? Bukan masalah tidur ya, masalah pakaian ganti, skincare dan barang-barang personal lain nya. Dan fyi ini lokasi nya bukan di seminyak near kerobokan. Seminyak nya kecamatan seminyak daerah nya masih agak jauh dari seminyak asli.

Kamar mandinya sangat parah, keran kamar mandinya patah, closetnya jorok 😔.

It was a good experience although the electricity kept turning off during our 1st and 2nd day there. The staff said that it might be because we turned the AC too cold so they told us to put it on Fan mode which was too hot for us. On the second day the engineering came and fixed the outdoor AC and was fine afterwards. The room was spacious enough for a family, the sofa downstairs can be turned into a bed as well. The kitchen outside was a bit dirty as well as the bathroom. Suggestion: maybe change the bin outside to a bigger one

AC didn't work well. The roof are leaking to the bed.
