Check-in time was a bit of a wait, about 30 minutes because the room wasn't ready yet, hopefully it will be better in the future.

Prayer mats are available. This is a rare feature in hotels. The food is varied, with both local and Indonesian dishes.

It's so cool. The service and taste of the food are top-notch. The facilities are complete, and the hotel smells great and is clean. God willing, if I have the chance again, I'll stay here again.

The sheets were a bit dull, it took a while to borrow an iron because there was probably only one iron. Mineral water refills were available outside, and there was no mineral water in the room. All the staff were friendly.

The taste of the food needs to be improved, the variety of food is already ok.

The location is great, near the city center. The hotel is well-maintained. The facilities are complete. The staff is friendly and helpful.

An eco-friendly hotel with a refillable drinking water gallon. The room only provides a pitcher for drinking water. The room is clean, with a large 2*2m bed. The shower is powerful, the hot water works well, and the soap smells good. The breakfast is very varied, including sushi, dim sum, herbal medicine, fried foods, and a complete stew. The swimming pool was a bit dirty when I stayed, probably because of the rainy season and school holidays. It says you have to wear a swimsuit, but when someone just wore a t-shirt, they didn't reprimand them.

The place is nice, the room is neat and clean. However, the hotel receptionist service during check-in was ignored because I paid through Traveloka and was told to wait for half an hour. After half an hour, I asked again and was told to wait again, saying the room wasn't available. As a result, I waited for over an hour... please fix the waiting time. The room also had a lot of hair left behind when I entered the room.
