It's holiday season but the staff was quite fast response to guest. It took only 20 minutes and then I got the room. Once I entered the room, the aircon's been switch on so it's the positive value for us. Their resto staffs also served good dan various meals. Love the way of staffs doing their job👍 by the way, I was annoyed by the visitor next to our table in resto. they took a lot of meals to their table as if doomsday will be coming soon. and they didn't eat them up, left a lot of meals in their table (Pic number 3) please, if you consider that you cant eat them up, be wise take as you can eat.

Eating breakfast while they play glenn freddly, kerispatih, blabla upbeat. Music with vocal loud. Breakfast should be music that soothing. Calm, relax without vocal.

They don't provide mineral water at all inside the room, they push us to take mineral water from water dispenser at the hotel corridor.
