Booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled of cigarettes.

Hopefully it will be the first and last experience and lesson for me and my family to stay with a hotel like this. There is nothing to be proud of and praised from this hotel other than disappointment. Starting from check-in which was made to wait because the CS went to the bathroom, the room area whose facilities were old and inadequate, on some of the beds there were blood stains and the color of the sheets was faded, the floor and table were dirty, provided 1 glass and heater but no tea or coffee, plus the charging place was scattered everywhere in hard-to-reach places, the bathroom was peeling and uncomfortable for bathing (to the point that my wife and I honestly didn't bathe), breakfast was like a typical hotel buffet, but this was delivered and the menu only got fried rice and noodles for 2 portions. Basically there is nothing to be proud of from this hotel, my wife felt like she wanted to leave early in the morning and get away without having to wait for 12 to check out. Overall terrible!

Always nice to stay there, and don't forget the great pool.

A 3-star hotel but it feels like a hostel, the bathroom is dirty, the bathtub is full of limescale, the trash can is dirty, the middle of the mattress has sunk in, not worth it.

The bathroom wasn't very clean, and the atmosphere was still a bit gloomy. Was it because it was the last room?

It was my first time staying at a hotel, but it felt like a guesthouse. It smelled strongly of cigarettes. The pillows and sheets didn't look like they'd been cleaned. Opening the window immediately revealed a used condom splattered underneath. The bathroom was also incredibly dirty. Lots of grime, sticker residue, and the water pooled and wouldn't drain. The hotel is old, but the maintenance is truly disappointing. I've often stayed in three-star hotels, but this was the only one that was truly disappointing.

Management, please! Many of the room facilities are in disrepair. The sheets are torn from cigarette butts, the toilet is yellow and leaking, and the bathtub looks unclean. Your hotel is in a great location, though. If you can't renovate the hotel, at least keep the facilities clean and presentable for your customers.

I stayed with breakfast, but it was delivered and consisted of fried rice and fried noodles, which I found lacking in flavor. As soon as I entered the lobby, the smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. It's a haven for smokers, as smoking is permitted, but it's also likely a major turnoff for non-smokers like me. Luckily, the room was safe and didn't smell of cigarettes, although the hallways were quite pungent.

For standard rooms, the most disturbing thing was the smell of cigarette smoke. It might be from the next room or from the previous occupants. It was especially bothersome for us, especially those with children. The staff and security were very helpful.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are a bit less clean, but they could be given some attention.

There's no Wi-Fi. There are dirty towels left by guests, and there's a wine bottle that hasn't been cleaned up. The hot water in the bathroom is off. I've called a technician, but it's still cold, claiming it's been used by many guests. I've kept the hot water on for a long time.

This hotel is not suitable for those who dislike the smell of cigarettes and filth. I requested a non-smoking room, but the smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes. There were brown/red stains, resembling blood, in several places. It would be better to move to another hotel than to stay here.

The hotel is close to everywhere.

I highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Surabaya. The room I stayed in was quite good value for money (it had a bathtub). It's close to shopping centers and ATMs. It's a great place to store your belongings and relax. The service is very friendly. The only improvement is that the room needs to be repainted to freshen things up.

The hotel is very close to the town square and Plaza Surabaya.

In terms of the hotel, it's adequate, except for the parking. My phone charger plugged into my motorcycle was stolen. It wasn't much, but it was annoying, especially for me, who likes to travel. It was lost just when I needed it.
