Good experience. But very reluctant to change the bedding and towels. We had to tell them repeatedly every day and still was not done. They said we do it only once every five days which I have not experience at any other hotel. Rest is good.

Easy quick check in and out. Friendly staff, great breakfast, and warm indoor pool which we really enjoyed!

If we could give negative stars we would. Showed up with our family of 5 with a two queen suite booked. This room clearly states in our reservation that it includes two queen beds, a sofa bed, and a kitchenette. When we checked in, we were told none were available and they only had two queen bed rooms available. No suites (that we paid extra for). The room they put us in was TINY and they had to jam a roll away into the room as well. The roll away was pressed against one of the beds. It also blocked the space to get to the bathroom and door. I called Expedia and they quickly said they would be willing to refund our reservation, just needed the hotel to approve it. When they called the hotel, the property wouldn't approve it as they "provided an extra bed". Adrian at the front desk was the most unprofessional and rude employee I have interacted with in years. Avoid, avoid, avoid!! They will not honor the room type that you book.

I strongly recommend this property i stayed there 2 times and my family and i love it. Its so convenient to all shopping options as well as food with the airport less than 10 minutes away. The only thing i dont like as well as my family is the shower water pressure, its very low and thw water is only warm its never hot.

Felt very welcome when we arrived. Each day we’re greeted st breakfast with a good morning and each time we returned to the hotel at the end of our day. Staff is very helpful with every question or request. Highly recommend Home 2 suites!

I enjoyed my stay, however the floor of the shower looks very dirty, like they need to use a scrub brush and bleach when getting in the cracks on the shower floor. Also our floor had big piles of trash near the elevator that was stinky and had been there for over 2 days .

Staff was great. We were upgraded to a suite which was unexpected but it didn't really fit our needs ie the pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable. All in all, good experience though.

I have stayed here a few times visiting family and every single time the staff is great, my room is clean and everyon is friendly as well as professional.

The staff was great, but we had some guest with extra energy above us. Apparently there were some kids directly above us that were full court basketball ( or so it sounded) but around 2:30 am they settled down. However, apparently they got hungry in the middle of the night and burnt some food in the microwave, thus setting off the fire alarm and having all guest exit the building until the fire dept could secure the alarms. Again, no fault of the facility, but it’s not what you want to do or anything you want to deal with as a hotel guest.

The room we booked was supposed to have two queen beds, a pullout sofa and be able to sleep six per the website description. Upon check-in, our room only had at Baas two double beds and no pullout sofa. We were a family of five and picked this room because it said that it would sleep six comfortably. This resulted in one of my children having to sleep on the floor when we called the front desk to ask why we did not get the room that we paid for they said that some of the rooms were renovated, and the pullout sofas were not put into those rooms and unfortunately, all of the rooms that had two double beds and a pull out sofa or blocked. After a 10 Hour drive this was not acceptable and very uncomfortable. The next morning breakfast was slim to none with dried out chicken cutlets, eggs it tasted fishy and no coffee. Thankfully, we were able to DoorDash, but that was not an expense that we were looking to pay as we booked a hotel that claim to have fresh hot breakfast. The next morning after checkout, who once again brought up the room and nothing was offered for compensation for the wrong room being one advertised and two given to a family that was traveling with five individuals. We will not be returning guest of this hotel.

All of the staff that we interacted with were great and our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing that kept me from leaving a 5 star review is that part of this quick overnight trip with the kids was having access to an indoor pool (a big reason we chose this hotel) and after getting them all dressed in their bathing suits and going downstairs, we found out the pool was ice cold and out of order. They were very bummed! We appreciated the awesome staff member at the front offered to get us a shuttle to the sister hotel to use theirs but knowing we had to be up very early we decided not to.

Property was clean, in a nice area with access to many stores. Always a plus to have a kitchenette when traveling for sport events.

Room air conditioner too noisy

Poor Customer Service, requested room to side by side room due to a sleep over not successful.. no early check in ..

Close to the airport. Convenient for business travel.

Mediocre hotel. Check-in was very good. Room was ok. Bathroom wasn't terribly clean but ok. No soap in shower or sink. Reported this to front desk and they gave 1 mini bar of soap. In 4 days, never refilled the shower soap. Had a kitchenette but no water at the sink. Water glasses were upside down as if they were clean, but were not. 4 days and no cleaning service.

At first we arrived and found easy parking and close to Walmart if you need anything. Luggage rack available but slide door broke. We were checked in to the wrong room but the front desk fixed very easily. The reason I booked here again was last time the pool was sooo warm, you could just walk in and float around and not be chili...this time is was so much cooler, still easy to get in but had to keep moving. Clean property and room. Easy parking. Lil snack area. We missed breakfast. Close to our event. Could hear our neighbors, but they were quite loud.
