The reception staff had been noted from the day before to check in according to the time, but on the day we hadn't gotten a room until half 3 because there was a last check in (indeed all rooms will be last checked in) the reason was unreasonable, after my husband got angry they moved a bit fast (not why I had to start making up at 3 pm because I had to go to the accommodation at 5) and what was a bit disappointing was that at 4 am I woke up in a pitch black room, the receptionist, housekeeping, all our phone numbers were not answered until finally my husband went down and indeed the receptionist was empty (with the excuse of going to the bathroom) indeed all parts of the bathroom. It turned out that the MCB in the room was not strong enough so it died (indeed my experience on the day I stayed was very unpleasant) please improve the service and friendliness of the receptionist 🙏🏻
