It's a shame there are so many bad rumors about haunted or mystical places. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels, from the theme, the staff, to the gestures like greeting cards and free complimentary massages. The Melati restaurant is also top-notch, the pecel rice is delicious, and the traditional snacks are top-notch. The only downside is that the hot water isn't hot enough for a bath, so my partner didn't take a bath even though he bought a bath bomb. I stayed in room 101.

My first stay here was for a running event. The staff were very friendly and helpful, both in the lobby and in the restaurant. The hotel also smells so calming and pleasant. We got a room on the ground floor, so it had easy access. My son was delighted to stay here.

My best stay in Malang. The hotel is classic yet well-maintained. Every spot is artistic. The food at the Melati restaurant is also delicious. The afternoon tea and traditional snacks are top-notch. I'll definitely be back again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Wawan, who was quick to assist with luggage. They provided a welcome drink while waiting for the room to be ready. The room amenities were also in good condition and fully equipped. The breakfast menu was varied and tailored to guests' needs. Afternoon tea also served delicious snacks. ✨ I'd love to go back there sometime.

We've been wanting to stay at Hotel Tugu for a long time, and it finally happened. The entire team was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. There were plenty of photo spots, but some we didn't get to see because we only stayed for one night. We'll be back with more friends. Check-in was super fast 👍 Loved the vintage feel. There should be an additional smoking room area, not only in the Tea House, but if necessary there should also be a smoking room for smokers.

This is not only an excellent hotel, it's an experience in itself you will never forget. A 100% recommendation especially for people who like to see, feel, and enjoy the cultural diversity same as the exceptional friendliness of Indonesia and Indonesian people.

The downside is that it takes up to 6 minutes for the water to heat up in the bathroom. Otherwise, it's great.

The condition of the room, the furniture is worn and worn out and is no longer suitable for a hotel room with a rating, the towels are brown and have blood stains, the base of the hairdryer and hairdryer are dirty and dusty, the laundry bag that was placed is torn and has holes, the wooden floor of the room needs repair. The bathroom floor has many black stains under the sink. The taste of the food at breakfast was helped, I happened to only eat pecel rice & it was very delicious complete with peyek, don't know about the other flavors.

Rooms are not too big just normal. Love the tea time from 16:00-18:00. Love the Good Food my favorite bakmie goreng and pecel.
