The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable.

This is one of the hotels I'd consider for a family staycation. It's clean, smells great, and the staff are friendly.

The hotel is very kid-friendly, from the swimming pool to the playground for children. You can even request a crib, which is rare in other hotels. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. The location is quite far from Karnival Beach. It's recommended to stay there on weekends. It turns out that weekdays are quiet at night, making walking to the beach a bit scary. However, the breakfast menu is disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The menu lacks variety. It lacks flavor. It's bland. That's the only thing I really dislike about this hotel. Hopefully, it can be improved in the future.

The staff was very friendly and full of kids activity

A very pleasant hotel for a family vacation, with plenty of games for the kids and a nice pool. There's a wide selection of breakfast options. The rooms are clean and the service is friendly.

The check-in and check-out process was very quick and easy. However, the queues for check-in and breakfast were very long, as this hotel is a family favorite on Saturdays and Sundays.

Recommended hotel, especially for those bringing children

Come on, let's replace the Mercure TV with a smart TV so the kids can enjoy watching YouTube... heheh

It's a great place to stay with children, as there are plenty of play areas available.

The hotel staff is friendly and responsive.

The room is a bit dated, in need of modernization with a smart TV and a more elegant interior. The AC is a bit noisy but cool. It's perfect for activities with kids, as there are many facilities such as a game center, soccer field, pool with high slide, and archery area. The breakfast provided is quite satisfying.

There are lots of activities for the kids. The kids love it and don't want to go home. 🥰

The food and service are good. The room is quite small for that price. And the downside is that access to everywhere is difficult. If you want to enter from outside Ancol to the hotel, you have to pay each person and then if you leave Ancol and want to go back to the hotel, you have to pay again. So you can't go anywhere, only inside Ancol. Those of us who stay inside Ancol shouldn't be charged again if you just want to go to the hotel. Besides, if you want to go to the rides, you have to pay, it's not a problem.

ga ada keluhan apapun karena memang mercure ancol adalah tempat favorit saya n keluarga utk liburan atau staycation sjk jaman dulu kala. dari mulai staff , kamar dan amenitiesnya, lingkungan sekitar, kelengkapan hiburan, sampai food and beveragenya patut diacungi jempol. terima kasih kpd mas Sony dkk atas keramahan dan kecekatannya dlm bertugas, see you next time 🙏 all in all, this hotel has a very good hospitality and service. keep up the excellent work !
