Our stay at Berjaya Penang Hotel was truly enjoyable. The hotel location is very strategic, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it is conveniently situated right in the heart of the city. We were very satisfied with the Family Room. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 4. The bed linens and duvet were clean, the beds were large and comfortable, the room had a beautiful view, and the bathroom was also very clean. The customer service was excellent. All the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to fulfill all of my requests. Thank you Berjaya Penang Hotel for making our stay such a pleasant experience. Special thanks to all the wonderful staff!

Just a B hotel for business. It’s quite far away from George Town, but an A+ if you visit a hospital, especially Adventist Hospital.

There's nothing better than a hotel, just for Adventist patients.

Honestly, this hotel is just so-so. Besides being far from tourist attractions, the only good thing is if you want to go to Adventist Hospital.

I've stayed at Berjaya several times for check-ups at Adventist. This was the first time I've been given a room infested with ants, making it impossible to sleep. When I was given a new room, the air conditioning wasn't cooling. It was extremely uncomfortable this time around.

Air-conditioning was not working. Had to change room. Booked 4 rooms, only 2 rooms were cold.

The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are clean, and it's close to everything.

When booking a hotel, it's best not to book for three nights straight away; book one night first. Because if you book through an app, if you only stay one night, you won't get a refund. If you want to extend your stay, it's best to book directly at the hotel.

I am very satisfied with the friendly service of the staff from the moment I entered until checkout. Breakfast also has a lot of variety, so we can choose according to our taste. The swimming pool is also clean & maintained by the staff, so the children's safety is controlled. The room is also clean and tidy & has all the amenities. *The trust & responsibility part is 5 stars because my children lost their late husband's cellphone. The staff called & mentioned the loss of the item & we still didn't realize because we hadn't brought the item home yet. When we got the new call we realized the loss of the cellphone, this part I really respect because not everyone can be trusted & honest. Thx to all the staff of Berjaya Hotel* you are successful in all aspects. Keep it up! Thank you again. God willing, we will repeat it again next holiday 😃.

The location is close to the mall, drugstore, and market (walking distance). There are also lots of delicious food nearby, and it's close to Adventist Hospital. The staff is friendly and helpful. Yesterday, I had to change rooms several times because my card wouldn't work, and they helped me until it worked.

One of the lifts wasn’t working; I had to wait 40 minutes on two separate occasions to go down and eventually had to use the goods lift – it was very disappointing. The receptionist didn’t apologize when we complained and just remained silent. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly either.

Great view from any corner room, whether left or right. The staff from top to bottom are very friendly and kind. Although the breakfast is vegetarian, it is very delicious and varied. Strategic location, to Adventist Hospital is very close, just across the street. To the famous Welling drug store is also very close, a 5-minute walk. There is also a Catholic church before the Welling store. And if you want to eat Ay Hai Nam, the famous Sim Nan Huat is also close, a 5-minute walk. Overall, highly recommended. If you want KFC, there is also a mini mart next to the hotel.

The staff, from the top to the bellboys, are very friendly and kind. Although the food at the hotel is vegetarian, it is delicious and very varied. Near the Welling Store and there is a Catholic church before Welling Store (where to buy medicine). It is a 10-15 minute walk to Gurney Paragon and to Gurney Plaza it can be 25 minutes by Grab for only RM 5. To Adventist Hospital, just cross the road in less than 5 minutes. Overall, it is highly recommended. If you want to eat Hainanese Chicken Sim Nam Huat, it is only a 5 minute walk.
