Very pleasant stay at this hotel, the location is strategic and many food counters are outside the hotel. Many varieties of food during breakfast.

The hotel’s location is very close to Mall Tunjungan Plaza, which is one of the iconic malls in Surabaya, central of Surabaya. Staffs are very friendly. The hotel is also clean, yet we can say the hotel is quite old. The interior is very classic, like a neo-classy concept.

Friendly staff, delicious food and lots of choices, spacious and clean rooms, gym facilities, sauna, etc. are very good.

The staff and manager are all nice and friendly. The location is very strategic, close to everything. See you next time.

All the staff on duty were very friendly, always greeting customers whenever they passed. The receptionist, Ami (Mrs. Sri), was very friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds, including the rooms, elevators, garden and pool area, and lobby, were very clean and well-maintained. Please maintain this excellent service, it's outstanding.

Staying at JW Marriott was very comfortable, the service was friendly, especially the food was delicious.

The hotel is strategically located... Makes it easy to find what you need.

Everything was good but pls improved the gym tools/the equipment seems like too old I even never seen that in the other gym studio. This is only for the gym equipment except treadmills machines. But overall very nice

Great location, friendly staff (even though I'm not Caucasian, I drive a car that's commonplace, carrying Indomaret plastic bags left and right, but the staff are still super friendly)
