Friendly staff. We were able to get an early check-in and late check-out. Breakfast buffet was delicious and full of variety. The room is comfortable and spacious.

The hotel was nice. Staffs are friendly and very attentive. We stayed at the hotel 1 night only during the Chinese New Year. We ordered some food for lunch and also experienced their buffet breakfast. All I can say is that the food was delicious and there were plenty of variations to cater to all dietary preferences. Overall, it’s a pleasant short stay at Doubletree Hilton JB.

Our 2nd time stay in this delightful hotel. Nice to have early check-in on Saturday morning to a spacious room that can acomodate a foldable bed for third adult children. Nice to have housekeeping along the corridor to request for additional towels/ amenities. Nice to have free cookies upon check-in. Nice to have whatsapp message from hotel asking on our room condition upon check-in. However please note the pool is not big and there a 5~10 minutes walking distance from check-point.

Everything was generally good, except the club lounge service dropped slightly compared to what I remembered in the past.

I stayed for 1 night. Check-in was easy and early because the room was available. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were comfy. The shower and toilets were clean and well supplied with linens and toiletries. Staff were friendly and courteous. Free parking with ample parking.

It was an okay stay at Doubletree by Hilton JB. After seeing the review here and from friends, it was a let down. Room aircorn was not strong and had some stench to it. Breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special. We went also went for the thai dinner buffet there but it was also okay only. However, the services here are amazing. The staff were friendly and as I was here to celebrate my moms birthday, they did a card and cake which was really thoughtful of them.

The location is a bit far from the center of the crowd, need to walk around 10-15 minutes. The room is decent, just lacking a clothes hanger in the bathroom.
