very friendly.. very Semarangan accent

I've stayed at this hotel several times when I'm in Semarang for work. I stayed here again yesterday, right during my graduation ceremony. It's in the city center. There was a food fair across the street from the hotel, so I was able to enjoy some culinary delights. The hotel is comfortable and clean, and check-in and check-out were quick.

The room is spacious, the bathroom is comfortable, the hot water is on and the bathtub is also comfortable to use.. ahh relaxing while soaking in warm water is so nice... next trip you don't need to look for a hotel anymore if you've found a nice one.

The room was comfortable and spacious, with complete amenities, and a varied breakfast menu. The hot water in the shower was incredibly hot and strong. Overall, I highly recommend it. 😁

Staying at Novotel Semarang during my business trip to Semarang. It's a very pleasant stay in Novotel. The staff start from the security guard, bellboy, front desk, room service, restaurant, and gym staff are all very polite.

The room is clean, quite spacious, there is a sofa. The facilities are okay, there is a pool, gym, but the television shows are not very interesting, maybe it can be upgraded to Netflix or YouTube. The hotel provides transportation to souvenir shops (paid), which is quite helpful if you need transportation.

wide and comfy room. very good location, walking distance to Lawang Sewu museum and just accross Paragon Mall.

Not bad, just a relatively old hotel. Parking is a bit difficult to access in and out.

The hotel was full when I stayed, so the room I got was not very good and I couldn't change rooms. The towels were not very clean and white, and were a bit dirty.

The hotel staff, especially those who had just gotten out of the vehicle, helped unload their luggage.

May 11, 2025 I held a wedding here, and stayed for 3 nights, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was also clean.

Spacious room, just maybe need some rejuvenation for furniture and curtains. Lift also need to be updated. Food is quite varied and tastes good. What is quite annoying is the narrow parking area so it is difficult to turn. Apart from that, the staff are friendly. Especially the staff in the restaurant during breakfast. When we asked for ice cubes they immediately provided it, and the service was very good. The location of the hotel is strategic, close to the mall, many places to eat around the hotel, and fun on Sunday morning jogging from the hotel to Simpang Lima.

First time staying at this hotel, the lobby is comfortable, the staff is also friendly. The cleanliness and comfort of the room is good, the room is clean and comfortable. Satisfied staying at Novotel.
