Comfortable large business-like hotel. Check-in took longer than I expected. The room was spacious but a bit generic. I went to the bar which had a great view of Petronas towers, but was also the pool area, which would’ve felt a bit weird to swim in.

My kids are happy staying here. Will stay here again.

The location is super convenient, Suria KLCC is just a short walk away. I ended up with a garden view room because the Twin Tower view was already fully booked, but honestly, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. You can still see the Twin Towers quite clearly, even though it’s from the side, and the view is still really nice. I also loved that the hotel provides a buggy shuttle to Suria KLCC. Walking there is easy too, especially since the hotel is right next to KLCC Park, shady, relaxing, great for a morning walk or exercise, and there’s even a playground for kids. I’d definitely stay at Traders again on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur.

Very good, but there was a bit of a wait at check-in because the rooms were full. I had chosen a twin tower view, but was given a city view. So, double-check your room selection when checking in.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The check-out process was a bit of a wait as there were only two staff members, but they were very friendly and helpful. I will stay again next time.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur to celebrate our anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Special thanks to Ms. May for her kindness and attentiveness — offering ginger tea and cookies when my wife wasn’t feeling well. Also, thank you to Mr. Sam for being so helpful during our stay, and to the chef at Gobo Chit Chat who thoughtfully surprised us with frozen rendang — such a heartfelt gesture. The room was clean, the view was amazing, and the anniversary room decoration was beautifully done. Highly recommended for anyone looking for warm hospitality and a memorable stay in KL!

Our stay was too short but thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and staff

I arrived at 11 am. Immediately served well and was able to enter the room. The buggy was not operating due to ASEAN preparations. However, I was not disappointed because my room was upgraded to a better room. The view from the room was directly to the twin tower. happy to stay here.
