We added an extra night to our stay which was not communicated well to other staff, so we got locked out of our rooms with deactivated key cards, adding some hassle which was rectified easily enough. Having said that, we would return again. Breakfast buffet was fabulous, especially the various options, but nothing was refilled in a timely manner, even though requested. This was a little frustrating too, especially with limited time to finish our breakfast. Staff were excellent in clearing breakfast dishes, but the various stations sat empty for a longer time than acceptable for this level of hotel. Still a wonderful hotel to return to in the future, and excellent location!

Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The location was perfect and the buggy ride ti Uria Shopping Mall was so convenient. We really like the sky bar pool area and enjoyed the daily happy hour. Ww had a club room and found the staff in the club lounge to be very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. We would definitely recommend staying at Traders Hotel it was a excellent experience!

UNBEATABLE PETRONAS VIEWS AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE! My stay at Traders Hotel in Kuala Lumpur was exceptional. The location is absolutely perfect—having KLCC Park with its fantastic walking track right outside the door was wonderful, and the easy access to Suria KLCC shopping centre made getting around incredibly convenient. THE ROOM: I absolutely loved the amazing, unobstructed view of the Petronas Twin Towers directly from my room. It is easily one of the best views in the city. The room itself was immaculate, thanks to the lovely staff and especially my wonderful housekeeper, who took such great care of the space. ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE: What truly made my stay unforgettable was how the hotel handled an unexpected mishap. I accidentally left my glasses behind at a nearby restaurant. The staff went completely above and beyond by coordinating to have my glasses collected from the restaurant and couriered safely back to me. That level of dedicated, helpful service is rare and appreciated. The hospitality here is top-notch, combining a prime location with a team that truly cares about their guests. I highly recommend Traders Hotel for anyone visiting KL and will definitely return!

Clean room. Location convenient for business travellers for event

The property is near the Protronas towers and within walking distance to the mall. But you will need a share ride to see other areas of the city. The breakfast is A+ and the pool is on 33rd floor which is real cool.

Great location, comfortable beds in a fairly spacious room, decent gym. But the room service coffee is not good and it is not possible to have a fresh hot coffee in the breakfast setting, without buying the full breakfast.

1. Door needed fixing on arrival 2. Shampoo and face wash wasn’t available initially 3. Breakfast was good 4. The staff were helpful 5. Cleaning was adequate

This is a fabulous hotel with the most amazing view of the Petronas Towers. We had a club room overlooking the towers and it was just awesome to open the curtains each morning and see it lit up each evening. The food and drinks in the hotel were all fabulous. We had a Traders Club room so ate in the club lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails in the evening. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is so good to walk over to the towers and see the light shows in the evenings. We also had drinks and ate in hotels nearby to enjoy different views of the towers: The Oriental Park has a close up view of the light show and food was great, Satellite restaurant bar in the Imperial Lexus and Blackbird in Naza Tower have views of the towers and a short distance from Traders. The hotel offers a shuttle buggy over to the towers. We had a beer in the Sky Bar after a long day out and before it got busy with kids in the pool and people arriving for evening drinks. A fabulous hotel in a fabulous location and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Clean rooms and great staff! The breakfast options were amazing.

Good stay overall, but parking was a big issue. There were not enough parking lots, and finding a space every night was quite challenging.

Awesome experience- wonderful service, staffs were fantastic, their breakfast buffet is one the best covering most cuisine and their buggy service to KLIC mall was so useful for families with kids.
