Hotel breakfast is good. The pool is a little bit strict, even if you wear a swim shirt/suit, the guard will still inquire about your shirt.

Strategic location, close to restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious, and the staff is friendly, helpful, and cooperative. The facilities are complete, and the food in the restaurant is delicious.

We enjoyed staying here. Check-in didn’t require a deposit. Parking was easy. The room was comfortable. The only downside is that the pool is far, so you have to go up and down using the lift.

First time staying here. Got the best high floor. Everything is clean, check in and check out is very easy after giving IC. Only kids for breakfast need to add rm30 per person for me quite pricey because they only eat one plate 🥲 but will definitely come again.

we were given a room at Windmill uponhills (apartment) with 2 BR . Spacious rooms with 2 bathroom. Very clean. There is a kitchen, washing machine, dining room n living room. Overall its a nice place and good breakfast. But the location is quite far to the First World Plaza.

Staying at Swiss-Garden & Residences Genting was very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the surrounding area was filled with food vendors and a small supermarket, making it easy to find food. The place was clean and had ample parking.

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Staffs were nice & heplful. We stayed at 2 bed rooms residence with our 2 kids and it was great. It was spacious with comfy living room, dining & kitchen area. The location is also nice, 10mins away to Genting Premium Outlet by car and it is also walking distance to find foods. My daughter left her backpack & doll at hotel public area when checked out. I informed by WA to the hotel about this matter and they did not find on that day. The next 2 days, the hotel staff (the name is Zai) reached out to me informing that they found it. Thank you Swiss Garden Genting team. We had a great stay at your hotel & really appreciate your effort to find my daughter’s stuffs.

The second time, I stayed here, very comfortable. The room is spacious, clean & comfortable. BUT there is one thing I want to complain about, I started to get off at 8.05..in 9..not even an hour, the staff had already driven us away knowing it had been a long time since we had been. fast.moreover, there were many empty tables. .. the child was eating again, how dare he act like that. It was too much. Luckily I didn't hear him, that's why I wanted to protect the staff's expression. I took a video. But it's okay. that's ok.
