I was able to check in two hours early, and the room was great, even though it was only a Superior. The food at the restaurant for lunch was delicious.

Hotel with beautiful mountain view, there is a swimming pool but unfortunately the AC is not cold enough, I have complained but nothing has changed

The hotel was comfortable. We got a room with a mountain view. The food was delicious and varied. The kids felt comfortable. I'll come back here with my family next time.

This is my first time staying here, but I think I'll choose Swissbell again if I go to Bogor. It's comfortable.

Booking 10 rooms was handled well, check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was also good. Central location, easy to get around. (-) Gym equipment under maintenance

This is our second time staycation and we enjoyed every moment of it, although after the second visit, the breakfast menu, perhaps because we get used to it, felt a little less varied. The room was clean, bed is comfy, AC and hot water was great, hairdryer also provided. Staffs are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, strategic location. Definitely one of our top picks for staycation in Bogor.

It's just a bit lacking. I booked a city view a long time ago and was given the 9th floor near the pool. Even though I checked in at the back, I still got a room on the top floor.

Good hotel with good facilities

There is a swimming pool, the view is okay, the service is also good, friendly.

For a fairly old hotel, the cleanliness is quite good, there are indeed many things that need to be fixed such as the twin beds that are not the same height so when put together they are quite different, but the hotel staff (hospitality is very good) are very helpful so that finally the mattress is comfortable enough for my toddler to sleep on. A lot of wood is starting to rot in the bathroom so there are holes in the door frame, fortunately all of that is removed because the breakfast and lunch are delicious and have a varied menu, changing every day so you don't get bored.

Had a really fun staycation here with friends. Overall, the staff was friendly, and the hotel wasn't too noisy. The room was spacious enough for three adults. However, the room had a slightly musty smell. The bathroom was also a bit stuffy upon entering. 😭 Hopefully, this review will encourage hotel management to pay more attention to keeping the rooms smelling good for guest comfort.

Previously, I stayed here in September and had to request towels in the room first. This time, it was the same. I had confirmed by phone at 9am that the connecting room would be prepared and the connecting door opened. However, the connecting door wasn't opened. There were no towels in the room, there was not enough mineral water, and calls to reception or housekeeping didn't work. A Swiss Bell hotel requires guests to come downstairs to request what's missing in the room. We had confirmed a late check-in, but after checking in at 8:30pm, there were still items missing in our room. The manager on duty, Mr. Ali, was an unresponsive receptionist on behalf of Apid. The hotel is nice and comfortable. Perhaps yesterday, the crew on duty was unlucky. This information is for hotel management.

Everything is fine, but unfortunately there are a lot of cigarette butts scattered around the pool area. My suggestion is to make the pool area a non-smoking area since there are a lot of small children there.

The parking area is narrow, especially at P2, there are poles that obstruct the descent and there are many scratches on the parking wall, indicating that the parking area is very inadequate.

I just want to say, there is a leak in the wall of the hotel room when it rains
