Really nice view. The room itself very comfortable. There is a box of tissue, a small refrigerator and cool interior. However, the fitness center itself needs to be repaired, there are a lot of broken machine such as treadmill machine. Overall, nice hotel 👍

I had a pleasant experience while staying here, the facilities are very complete, there is even an iron in the room! Very attention to detail! I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was okay but for 4 star hotel the room quite a bit dissapointed like the photo that I share. Oh for another guest please remember the breakfast for children above 5 years old will be charge IDR 75,000. I will think about it to atay at this chain hotel.

I feel sorry to learn about the unpleasant experience during your recent stay with us, particularly about the bubbling wall in the room due to the humidity, currently the project is still going to have good wall protection from the extreme changing weather and hopefully, it will be done by the end of this year.
Related to the breakfast policy I have addressed this issue to be discussed further since its apply above 12 will be full charge and below 12 will be 50 % discount. I will ensure that we are consistent with the standard that we stand for and we hope that you could give us a chance to prove that we can do much better on your future visit.

Quite unpleasant moment for staying at the hotel. It was my second stay and it seems the hotel doesn't change lot after changed the name from the previous one. The lobby doesn't provide a proper waiting facilities such a proper couch or spacious chair for the other guests wait for the check-in process. There's only one receptionist to service like three or four guests and causing a long queue and their bring the families and no space to wait or sit at the lobby. The room is quite old, the furniture especially. The surprising thing is the room was not spotless. There's a drop behind used mask under the small couch in the room. Kindly take seriously for the room cleanliness. The TV entertainment also boring, no HBO or anything. The breakfast was so crowded. The buffet stall often empty, and not refill in quick. Short of the driking glass, crowded and the buffett option was so-so without many various options. The only thing is acceptable are the parking space, and the room is quite fragrant.

Strategic location, after a 3 hour trip from Bandung, the staff was greeted friendly and given a slice of cake + a drink which made the mood rise again. Good food, clean rooms, parking is a bit PR. Next, if you go to Bogor, stay here again😊

The rooms are spacious, I ordered deluxe, clean, tidy, comfortable, the view is also beautiful, you can see Mount Gede, the swimming pool is spacious, it's a shame when I fast here, so I don't swim. The food is delicious, the restaurant is spacious and comfortable, the food is varied, the location is still in the middle of the city.

Good hotel, spacious rooms, complete facilities, there is also an iron, hair dryer in the toilet. Clean. The view is very good. Spacious and complete bathroom, good food. Next staycation here again.
