Service was top notch all around

Beautiful hotel with great views and perks! The private island was amazing and the staff were all so friendly

The resort overall was quite nice. It was inconvenient that the pool was being worked on and I heard the construction all day. Also, the all inclusive is expensive only to check out and find out it wasn’t completely all inclusive.

My fourth time there. One of my favorite places!

Great hotel stay with access to beach and pool. Shower floors need better cleaning or an upgrade, otherwise everything was great about the hotel, including service.

One day the staff didn’t clean room. There was also construction and shut down the pool area.

The property was beautiful. We loved every aspect of it. The service was phenomenal! Everyone was super helpful and nice. Dining was top notch. Just the luxury vacation for our anniversary I wanted my wife to have. My only real displeasure was the fees at the end. From the Expedia website I was lead to believe the fees were included with the purchase of all inclusive. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Our stay here was nothing short but amazing.

My overall stay at this hotel was average, I’ve stayed at better however the room decor top notch I felt very cozy in the room well thought of designs and details, the concierge great very professional, the pool chairs could use upgrading for the price, not the best the pool also dated… Love Renaissance Island with the beautiful flamingos that’s my best part of my stay I would only recommend staying to access this Island as many times as you like. Now on to the absolute worst part of the hotel, the Renaissance Bar the WORST bar energy Ive ever encountered & snickering off & laughing at the patrons, uptight & cold manager on duty during one evening of happy hour more like dreadful hour…. They tried to get it together change their attitude & be friendly but I didn’t forget the snickering & laughing at the beginning very inappropriate miserable people.. Shops were mid… For ZARA to be the biggest store right across the street I HATE HATE HATED the clothes the worst ZARA i’ve ever been to. The food overall was also mid not very good I would recommend Kailins mexican restaraunt across the street very good. I will say love baby beach, divi beach & some of the wonderful people I met along the way good experience just not the best. Aruba 6.5/10 for me Take this Island with a grain of salt

The entire team made us feel completely at home and delivered, without a doubt, the best service we've ever experienced. This is our second year in Aruba and staying at renaissance. We stay at the marina side (adult). The food & drinks are delicious our favorite as always is flamingo/iguana island. We loved it so much last year we rented cabanas for two days out of the week we stood. So many great things-always sad to leave but look forward to continue to come back, thank you staff at renaissance for another amazing experience!

Beautiful property. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Lots of delicious dining options. Plenty of stores for shopping. I will definitely be back.
