The property was nice but I prefer beach front stays

The property is beautiful and there is so much to see in walking distance

The rooms were a little outdated, but overall it was a beautiful, clean resort! Good food, great pool and bars and service. Flamingo beach is beautiful.

Absolutely LOVED our stay! Everything about this resort was wonderful. Our only comment would be a hot tub next to the awesome pool and having a workout facility at the adult side (we had to go to the family side to use theirs). Not the most convenient. All the restaurants were great - good food and service. The private island was amazing and we cannot say enough good things! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

The property is well kept. The beach was on the property as well as the pool. The staff are very friendly.

Amazing as usual. Favorite part is the boat ride over to Flamingo Island. Pool side is a whole vibe on the adult side and EVERYTHING on the menu is excellent. My fave is the nachos 😘 See you next year Pedro!! (My fave staff member pool side)

Everything was perfect! Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, tasty food, central location, walkable area, access to 2 properties, and a free private island with flamingos. There's no better hotel in Aruba!

Hotel was convenient and close to the airport. Ferry service to flamingo Island right at the hotel, very convenient. Adults only hotel, accommodations perfect. Would return

My experience at this resort was a complete disappointment, and I can’t help but remember it fondly. Despite the attractive exterior, the service was appalling. My fiancé had booked this trip for relaxation and top-notch service, but we were met with nothing but chaos. I was not aware of all the services the resort offered until the checkout date and I was charged all of these add on fees about amenities that were included. Again I’m holding the front desk accountable because this is my first trip to this country. The escalator was broken throughout our stay, and the elevator broke shortly after. To make matters worse, our room had mold in the shower and was extremely hot at times. We never received a greeting from the front desk staff as we walked back and forth to our room. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they were busy. On my last day, I checked my bags with the bellman, and one of them went missing. I spoke to multiple staff members and two supervisors on duty, but none of them seemed to care. They all looked at me like I was crazy. I’m forced to accept that my items are gone, and I will not recommend this resort. Rating it a 6/10 for me Lesson learned keep your bags with you

Everything was perfect! I just wished the sofa bed was better! Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and very thin mattress, hard to sleep on!

Hotel was beautiful, staff was amazing. They were always happy to see you, Perfect location. I want to go back soon!

My first time with this resort. I was impressed. The room, the staff, the service, the whole experience was great. The room on the ocean/family side was clean, spacious, great pool view, very comfortable. The staff i encountered, from checking in, to house keeping, the attendants at the pool and restaurants- all great! I would recommend to others and will return again for future stays!

Staff super friendly and food delicious

I loved my time in Aruba. The location was perfect, right by shops and the pier, wasn’t too far out from other destinations. My room was as pictured. The staff were amazing, very friendly and super helpful. The pool area was so pretty, especially at night time once lit up. I love that they offer boat rides to flamingo island, I got a private cabana for a day and it was amazing! My only complaint was very minor, I got a smoke-free room but it still smelled of smoke. Luckily I spent majority of my time not in my room so it didn’t bother me too much.
