The hotel was excellent. The lobby was very nice with a large fountain and an antique car. The room was very large and nicely furnished. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was huge and not the same each day. The spa on the room was fabulous. You must use or buy a swimming cap $5. but the equipment, hotub, and pool (small) were great.

About 40 minutes from airport. Great staff, decent breakfast

I highly recommend this hotel Mercure in Quito! Everyone was so friendly ,hotel restaurant and bakery was top notch! We felt very secured in hotel and around area. The only thing that was a minus for us was that our toddler couldn’t use the pool it doesn’t specify the age on site. The manager was very helpful and instead upgraded us to a bigger place!!!

It was absolutely amazing stay. The hotel, every single room just spectacular, morning buffet breakfast excellent, so does the spa.

Comfortable clean rooms. Area is fairly central, lots of places within walking distance. I found this hotel to be nicer than the Hilton.

Very nice hotel close to everything. Metro station is within 10 min walk and it only takes 2 stops to get to old town. Many dining options of various price points nearby. The best part was an exceptional service of the stuff and the spa area on the top floor. The massage treatment was amazing.

Great hotel. Large rooms. Awesome breakfast.

My stay was very pleasant in particular at check in and the restaurant the service was excellent also the buffet at breakfast was good. Although the area around the hotel is very rundown and dangerous to walk at night.
