Staff, hospitality, facilities all met expectations. For the room not. The door was broken, had to be pushed hard to close or open. I stayed in room 1717. Check-in on October 19, check-out on October 22, 2026. If I may suggest, for a room with that price, maybe in the future it could be upgraded, because it is still old-fashioned, very out of date. The toilet does not have a flush, still a hose, for Indonesians. Wiping with tissue is safe. Also, the TV is not a smart TV. Yes, I understand, replacing one toilet and TV, you have to replace the entire unit. Only with Hilton class, even though it does not reduce service and comfort of stay, the above can be upgraded. Once again, outside of that, the service, staff met expectations.

Great location as it is right at Tunjungan tourist street, great service, welcome cookies at check-in was a nice touch, nice pool with nice view, good gym, good Wi-Fi, room is spacious with herbal drink as complimentary, hot water, comfy bed, broad selection of breakfast, and attentive staff.

I will be going on holiday here again, the food is delicious, the place is really nice, the guys and girls are very friendly.

So far okay, the BF choices are starting to lack innovation now.

It's a great hotel in a great location, you can easily walk to find restaurants nearby.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. As we arrived in the middle of the night, the reception made our check-in a breeze. And also honorable mention to the housekeeping/roomboy team named Kak Thalhah as he/she made our room very clean, and even exchanging some little notes every day with my daughter and made some beautiful swan with the towel, and that made my daughter very very happy! Keep up the good work!

Everything was excellent, only the parking building access was very poor.

Overall, the room was good and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was adequate.

Breakfast was complete and quite tasty. Security and reception were friendly, but only the room service staff occasionally greeted and smiled, but otherwise, they rarely encountered customers. 😊

Excellent service from the staff. We were upgraded because the room we booked wasn't available for non-smoking. It's located on a central tourist street, and it's also very close to the mall. We really enjoyed staying here.
