For the price paid, it's quite a steal! It's very near Matsue JR Station, and provides both breakfast and dinner free of charge. Room is spacious and even comes with a sofa! (See photo) A pity that the onsen is under maintenance when I was there. Do note that the lobby and staff counter is at Level 1, while the ground level from JR Station is their "Level 2", in other words, you need to climb 2 flights of stairs down to check in. Not easy when carrying a heavy luggage.

Mattress of a bed is old. There are 3 beds. I might pick wrong one.

Across the street from the train station, deteriorating surfaces throughout the hallways, the elevators and the rooms! That being said, with the exceptional friendliness of the staff at check-in, the phenomenal breakfast and dinner, for free, as well as the service displayed by taking my baggage up to the room and leaving a smiley note was exceptional!! I believe for being a Solo Traveler and just stand for one night, I can put up with a lot of minutiae, for the low price for the accommodation and the tremendous amount of food morning and evening with an exceptionally courteous and smiling reception staff and food caterers I would highly suggest people stay here and ignore the oldness and and some of the areas in the bathroom some mold because equality of the dinner and breakfast is beyond belief and it is free for a small room price! Thanks staff!

Staff here make a good hotel better. Front desk and housekeeping are very helpful and friendly. This hotel was a good value and an excellent location

駅近は便利。スタッフの対応は良い。ただ部屋掃除が行き届いていない。室内が埃っぽい。レースのカーテンが破れている、ライトの電球がない、等修繕が行き届いていない。エアコンの故障等で部屋を2回変更になった。

Wi-Fiが部屋で使えるようになっていて良かった。　大浴場も再開したので、行ってみたが女風呂は洗うところが3つのみ。　風呂も洗い場も狭いため、あとから来た人が待ってないといけない状態。　待ってるので早くしないと、と気持ちも焦り、ゆっくり入れなかった。　風呂入り口で入力する番号を小さいおみくじのような紙でフロントで渡されたが、落としてしまいそう。風呂場の換気があまりように感じた。 ご飯つきで、お安く泊まれるので文句言えないが、次回に期待します。

設備は少々古いですが、清潔でした。 夕食が着くホテルは珍しいので助かりました。 夕食利用されている方多かったです。

立地も値段も最高です。大浴場がリニューアルしていて、利用しました。きれいで快適でした。エレベーターが３機もあり、速いのもお気に入りです。

今回は大浴場がオープンしていたことが良かったです。オープンしたてということで大浴場はキレイでした。部屋もシングルにしては広めでした。 また、夕食、朝食がついているところも良かったです。 値段の割に上記が良かったので満足ですが、清掃はちょっと雑なのかなと思いました。 ホテルスタッフの対応は良かったです

評価の割によかった。

今回は大浴場が工事中で利用出来なかったのが残念でした。 後は、部屋のウォシュレットが故障していて使用出来なかった。 これだけコスパ良くて宿泊出来れば良いのかと思いました。

また機会があればお願いしたいです。ありがとうござました。

建物の古さは感じましたが、スタッフの方々は親切でしたし、ベットも快適でした。夕食が無料という珍しいスタイルでしたが、日替わり定食で出た鯖の味噌煮、見た目よりすごく美味しく、サラダバーもあるし、とてもよかった。

朝風呂に入ったのですが洗面器とか整えて有り まして清掃したのかと思ったのですが 脱衣所が髪の毛だらけで昨夜の散りゴミもそのままありました。 そのた食事やベッドなど良かったです。 松江に行く事が有るのでまた利用したいと思います。

夕飯と朝食がついていたのはありがたかったです。 自動販売機のアイスクリームが美味しかったです。

朝食、夕食ついてこの値段は安すぎます

当日のお知らせで大浴場が修理中で入らなかったのが残念でした。 化粧品の蓋を落としてしまって探していると、ベッドの下がすごい汚い！！いつから下掃除してない？？と言うぐらい埃の塊でした。見てしまった以上気にならないわけがない。嫌でした。
