2名での宿泊でした。ツインルームですが冷蔵庫開けると歩けない広さではありますが、付いていてよく冷えます。バスルームはやはり狭いですがお湯の出が良く気持ちよく入る事が出来ました。何と言っても夕食と朝食付きのプランで大変満足できる味と量です。信じられない程の格安プランです。夕食は自販機が食堂にあり缶ビール買って十分楽しめます。これで商売成り立つのか？と思うほどリーズナブル。パーキングは別途1,100円かかりますがホテルの立体駐車場でこれも良し。いいホテルだと思います。

Across the street from the train station, deteriorating surfaces throughout the hallways, the elevators and the rooms! That being said, with the exceptional friendliness of the staff at check-in, the phenomenal breakfast and dinner, for free, as well as the service displayed by taking my baggage up to the room and leaving a smiley note was exceptional!! I believe for being a Solo Traveler and just stand for one night, I can put up with a lot of minutiae, for the low price for the accommodation and the tremendous amount of food morning and evening with an exceptionally courteous and smiling reception staff and food caterers I would highly suggest people stay here and ignore the oldness and and some of the areas in the bathroom some mold because equality of the dinner and breakfast is beyond belief and it is free for a small room price! Thanks staff!

For the price paid, it's quite a steal!
It's very near Matsue JR Station, and provides both breakfast and dinner free of charge. Room is spacious and even comes with a sofa! (See photo)
A pity that the onsen is under maintenance when I was there. Do note that the lobby and staff counter is at Level 1, while the ground level from JR Station is their "Level 2", in other words, you need to climb 2 flights of stairs down to check in. Not easy when carrying a heavy luggage.

Wi-Fiが部屋で使えるようになっていて良かった。 大浴場も再開したので、行ってみたが女風呂は洗うところが3つのみ。 風呂も洗い場も狭いため、あとから来た人が待ってないといけない状態。 待ってるので早くしないと、と気持ちも焦り、ゆっくり入れなかった。 風呂入り口で入力する番号を小さいおみくじのような紙でフロントで渡されたが、落としてしまいそう。風呂場の換気があまりように感じた。
ご飯つきで、お安く泊まれるので文句言えないが、次回に期待します。

今回は大浴場がオープンしていたことが良かったです。オープンしたてということで大浴場はキレイでした。部屋もシングルにしては広めでした。
また、夕食、朝食がついているところも良かったです。
値段の割に上記が良かったので満足ですが、清掃はちょっと雑なのかなと思いました。

後は、部屋のウォシュレットが故障していて使用出来なかった。

建物の古さは感じましたが、スタッフの方々は親切でしたし、ベットも快適でした。夕食が無料という珍しいスタイルでしたが、日替わり定食で出た鯖の味噌煮、見た目よりすごく美味しく、サラダバーもあるし、とてもよかった。

まして清掃したのかと思ったのですが
脱衣所が髪の毛だらけで昨夜の散りゴミもそのままありました。
そのた食事やベッドなど良かったです。
松江に行く事が有るのでまた利用したいと思います。

当日のお知らせで大浴場が修理中で入らなかったのが残念でした。
化粧品の蓋を落としてしまって探していると、ベッドの下がすごい汚い！！いつから下掃除してない？？と言うぐらい埃の塊でした。見てしまった以上気にならないわけがない。嫌でした。
