The hotel's location and easy access to the mall made me choose the Four Point Hotel. The mall is fully stocked, offering everything from clothing to other necessities. What's more, there's a wide selection of Surabaya specialties.

It was very pleasant and the hotel room was spacious and had tent facilities for the children.

Breakfast at the restaurant has a very diverse menu and everything is delicious 😍 The hospitality staff is very good.

Everything is good, it's just a shame that the deluxe class room is not spacious enough for that price, but overall it's good..👍

Every time I come to this hotel, the staff tries to upgrade my room and breakfast. I ordered a non-smoking room, but I was given a smoking floor room. The staff asked where the proof of my order was. Isn't it my right to ask for a non-smoking room?

I had a great stay at Four Points Hotel. The service at the front desk, room service, and M3 restaurant was all very good. However, there was one thing that needed improvement in the room I stayed in (#931). The bathroom sink drained slowly, and the overall lighting in the room was not bright enough. Please improve on this. Thank you.

The employees seem to be forced to serve parking, it is difficult when the valet is not registered with the parking register at the hotel.

Strategic location and good service

First time staying at Four Points because there was an event near Pakuwon and wanted to go to GMS on Sunday at 7 am. A pleasant impression according to the reviews. From the friendly and helpful FO sister, the fast check-in process and early check-in at 12 am was very helpful when the event was busy. Breakfast was also delicious, fried rice and taichan satay were the most favorite and memorable on the tongue 😃😋 All the facilities were okay, clean, fragrant.. A 5-star hotel that must be visited again. Thank you for the service ♥️

Access to the mall is convenient, and the staff are friendly. Fajar and Musa are especially kind. My kids were delighted with their friendly service.
