Location is great, just 5 minute walk from station. Close to restaurants, stores. The staff friendly and speak English fluently. Very helpful and attentive. Nice decorations. I'm using extra bed in the room. The room quite packed for 3 person. But it 's still nice experiences. I can open all my big luggages there.

It is close to sapporo station (walk about 5-10 min). The officer is very helpful. The snack bar that close in 11 PM is my the most impressive facility (It serve the drink such as juice and hot drink, that is very helpful in winter).
