Staff is very involved and helpful. The property is very well kept. Several pools to relax in Quiet and relaxing resort

The Hilton property The Conrad is a quality upscale resort. The resort is quiet and extremely clean. The amenities are amazing! The staff was helpful and very attentive. We were there during a down time for seasons and there were very few people there. We ate lunch by the pool and enjoyed an amazing night meal at Mesquite! The steak was probably one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The service at the restaurant was impressive! We enjoyed other meals in town of Punta Mita. The downside is that transportation to the small town is expensive. We decided to rent a car (the rental company delivered it to us at the resort). Everything at the resort was expensive (food and drinks). Housekeeping was amazing and our room was kept spotless.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Conrad. The property was in excellent shape. The pool area was immaculate. The staff was always working to help in any way. Only negative is the restaurants are pricey. If you want to get away from the craziness of PV this is a great option. We did rent a car so we could explore the area which is a must in my opinion. Taxi rides daily can be rather expensive. Overall, I highly recommend Conrad Punta de Mita.

The Conrad Punta de Mita is a gorgeous property. All aspects of our stay were excellent. Food was quite good, staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the concierge service was a lovely bonus. Checking in and checking out was seamless. It's a great place to relax and the pools were many and quite large. Only two small complaints were that 1) the king bed we had was quite firm, which isn't my preference, but I'm quite sensitive. And 2) not all the restaurants were open every day, but it was low season, so I suspect this is probably necessary as the hotel was not very full. No other complaints whatsoever.

Absolutely beautiful and well managed facility . Staff were SO friendly ! My daughter and I were glad to be there in late April which is just off season cause it’s a big complex and would be way too crazy for my taste during season. Spent a lot of time at adult pool . Def go to Punta da Mita and Sayulita. Easy uber rides

Use uber. Do not try to book transportation thru compadre. The uber was $17 to town. Compadre wanted $100 (each way)

This is a gorgeous resort with lovely service. Everyone very kind and helpful. I loved walking around and hearing all the amazing birds. Our room was spacious and very nice. Gorgeous grounds, too! The restaurants were good but not amazing - they are serving a lot of people. We enjoyed the poolside food (poke, ceviche, cheap nojitos!). The breakfast buffet was okay - liked the quesadilla station and the fresh fruit, and the pastries were good. But it was frenetic and crazy (go early!) and there were lots of children. This was spring break/Semana Santa so maybe that accounts for it. The adults-only pool was an oasis of calm!! Restaurants - Mezquite was pretty good and beachside, which is nice. Codex was excellent! Really enjoyed that meal. Inventive and yummy.

Everything was great in the hotel except for the prices of food and drinks that is completely abuse the visitors. For example, A two scone ice cream is $17. Latte $9. It feels like they really take advantage of the visitors by these inflated price all over the property.

The resort and food was amazing but what was even more amazing are the staff. What genuine service friendly staff. And not just one or two but all. I cant give enough rave reviews of everything. Beach is outstanding. There is nothing I would change
