The room was dirty, with lots of stains on the bedsheet. The water temperature couldn’t be adjusted it was extremely hot, almost boiling. The bathroom was really poorly maintained. Overall, not worth the money.

No travel kit in the bathroom 🥲

Strategic location, close to places to eat and lots of choices, unfortunately the room is damp, some parts of the walls are peeling, the mattress feels damp, my body becomes itchy, I don't sleep well.

Location: Great with many nearby restaurants, and grocery store. 15 mins walking to the beach. Room: All OK. Room cleaning and towel change every day throughout my stay. But I don't think they change the bedding. I find it still a bit sandy the next day, so maybe they just fix the bed, not changing the sheets. Aircond cold, hot water really hot. Soap provided. But no toothbrush. No cockroaches in my room. The bed, comforter, pillow are all very comfortable for me. Service: Hotel staff are all nice. Facilities: Got evevator. Got parking lot, which not full at all during my stay. They have swimming pool, but the toilet at swimming pool have no water 🤔🤔. However, the wifi connection is not stable. I did complain and the staff said they will check. But then it happen again the next day 😅😅 Food: They have simple buffet breakfast but I didn't try. The room I pay wasn't included breakfast, though it's cheap. I didn't try as always wake up late. I just love their pillows 🤣🤣. All in all. For the price I got from traveloka, still a great stay for me. Just can improve especially on the WiFi connection.

The room was okay, just a bit damp so the floor was always wet even though it had been mopped.

The only hotel priced up to 500 that does not provide a set of toothbrush, tissue, shampoo when staying. Breakfast is per menu, the shower has small water, maybe it should be replaced.

Apart from the Wi-Fi not connecting, there was no signal in the room either.

The hotel is clean, located in the center of the Kuta Lombok beach crowd. Let's go on vacation to Lombok.

The hotel is very comfortable for the price, easy access, this is the second visit, the first visit the hot water was not on, now the hot water is working, the room is clean and according to the request with a double bed

Everything is safe but I don't know why the shower water smells like sewage but the water in the sink doesn't smell.

The staff is friendly, everyone is fast and gets to where they are. I want to stay here again next time, but the hallway to the room on the 3rd floor is dark and the bathroom smells damp, otherwise it's okay.
