Friendly staff with good service. The location of the hotel is great in Kuta, but the bathroom smelled very bad, there was rust and mold. The bedroom was clean, but also felt a little wet and moldy.

It smells a bit damp in the bathroom and room, but so far it's good for a transit hotel and if your main destination is the beach, it's quite close and you can walk.

The room was comfortable, clean, and the air conditioning was cool. The water heater also worked fine. However, the Wi-Fi signal was sometimes intermittent. The hotel is close to many dining options, and there's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs.

It wasn't until the second night that I found a suitable room. There was a single bed, working hot water, and the toilet flush was fine but not very strong. The Wi-Fi was still suboptimal.

I asked for a single bed, but they told me it was full, so I had to get twins. The Wi-Fi was sometimes intermittent. The hot water wouldn't work, the sink water was low, and the toilet flush didn't work, so I had to use a trash bucket to flush. When I wanted to extend my stay, I asked to move rooms, and only after complaining did they realize the water heater hadn't been turned on!
